The staff are very rude especially the cleaning lady. They chase you around in the name of cleaning. I think they should start cleaning the floors after the customers are gone or at least ask the customers politely rather than saying go to the ground floor Im cleaning here .

Filthy filthy filthy... I even told security who laughed. The floors were dirty and the toilets as well. I was shocked as i know Macdonals takes pride in the hygiene.It might not make you happy.. Its the truth

The bathrooms were not in a very good condition. Ladies is out of order, blocked full of toilet paper and there wasnt a seat or toilet paper in the mens bathroom. Otherwise the service was good from the staff and they are taking the covid precautions seriously. Only the bathrooms that needs fixing then all will be good

My order was missing items including burgers, straws and the quality of my foldover was poor with nothing but chicken inside. Im so disappointed because I tried calling them but no one would get the phone. This is disgusting. They deserve no stars actually after not even responding to my complaints.

Im always disappointed when I am there. Theyre always short stocked. Today my change was short by R10. I dont know if the cashier made an honest mistake or if she was trying to steal my change. Her name is Patricia. She took her time and the average waiting time for one customer to be helped was 3 minutes. That time there were about 5 people before me. It wasnt very busy and a lot of tables were dirty and not being cleared. I also saw a cockroach upstairs in the seating area. Its a very disappointing store.
