They handle every customer like royalty and their service is excellent! They had their cheese russian and chips special, and let me tell you it was absolutely divine! They have a variety to choose from whether you are just popping in for a quick snack or getting dinner for the family. Great value for money and amazing specials to suit your budget.

I went to visit this place on 27 December 2019, and was horrified with the condition of the front shop. The overall appearance was untidy, dirty, smelly and flies all over the place. I asked the attendant why the poor state, and only received a sarcastic smile. I left and bought food somewhere safe.

Website indicates that they do deliveries when googling this establishment. When called they said that they do not deliver, please fix to avoid confusion.

Went there last night and after waiting half an hour after ordering and paying, I enquired how long its still going to be, the order wasnt even given through to the kitchen. Only waited an hour and then I demanded my money back, the order was not even nearly done. Will not be buying there again..

Real tasty fat cakes. Soft an fresh. Absolute value for money. Try their burger. Variance of items on menu. A must! Especially for a family meal.

Pathetic service from Wingtip (Montana), and then an attitude of note! Ordered telephonically (for collection) at 17:50, was advised it would be 15 mins. After waiting 45 mins and still no food, phoned the manager only to hear that the slip was lost and order never placed in the kitchen.When I complained, manager basically told me take it or leave it - clearly lockdown hasnt affected their business one iota! (Eventually received an hour and 15 minutes, after placing the order!)

Good food, but the staff are in desparate need of some good old fashioned manners. On all 3 visits, the food was great but felt like a child when I left.

We bought two xl pieces of fish with chips. The fish is very mushy, like mashed potatoes and tasted disgusting. Will not support them again as a result of the poor quality.

Not impressed with the Chicken mayo fat cakes, ordered 3x chicken and mayo with extra cheese and russian received 1x with extra cheese other 2 nothing with a sepperate russian on the sidechicken and mayo smells and tastes like fishunimpressed to say the least

The chicken hawaii burger is devine!
