Pathetic!!! Will never order Burger King ever! Rediculous price for what we received. Dry, old, nothing like the photo on the menu

Uber gave wrong order Burger King refuse to send us our correct order we paid for . 2 hours later they refund us. We had a look at what we got(wrong order) it was disgusting and old

Such a pity I cant give zero stars. My wife ordered from Burger King using Uber. We received the incorrect order (items costing less than those we ordered). And our drink order was just plain soda water, instead of Mountain Dew. And this was not the first time we received poor service from this branch.My wife then contacted Burger King and they asked her if she was sure that the order was incorrect. We are still waiting for their reply. Pathetic service.

Great staff, fast service and great tasty meals. Soda machine needs to be serviced regularly but overall the best burger king I have went to.

A must go to in Menlyn - food quality is Top notch! A bonus is the bottomless cooldrink with your order... for those on a diet - they also have sparkling water on tap. Tried the new Rodeo Burger today - yum yum!!!

Most pathetic service I have ever received at this burger king. Had to tell the cashier 4 times that I want 2 milkshakes, and not one, it took forever for him to understand that I want 2 meals, and not only 1. Unprofessional, busy talking to other people while taking my order, thus not listening to what I say at all.

It was my first time here my friend Brought Me for a lunch. Loved the value for money. You get more than what you paid for. The place was clean. The staff was okay although they I think they could do better in terms of friendliness. But overall I loved it and Ill be back again

Improving as time goes on. Not quite up there with the consistently better Hatfield branch, the Burger King in Menlyn has gradually improved as time goes on.Menlyn was fairly poor to begin with, often getting orders wrong, not having certain items in stock and the overall quality of the food not quite up there.However, it has improved. Food tends to be consistently better now. Service levels are still not quite as friendly, warm and efficient as the Hatfield branch. Management has been far less present and willing to help than I have observed at other Burger Kings.Food is now good, service needs some workLastly, lots of seating available in the food court.

By far the worst Burger King Ive been too. We were there past 9am and the floors were already dirty. They dont give people trays to sit and eat in. There was no ice and even though we were one of the 1st people there and asked about the ice they didnt think to inform the customers that followed about it. I asked for mayo they didnt have. We ordered nuggets for my niece and the lady serving asked the guy if there was bbq sauce he said no but there was a box on the counter, when they opened it was bbq sauce very disorganized.

This place use to be my favorite stop after shopping the food was something new and exciting but the quality went down really fast the soda fountain does not get cleaned at all and the filters inside are most probably rotten you can taste it in the drinks I found stuff floating in my drinks as well the ones that actually have something in it happed to me a few times that we had to ask them to replace the drinks that ran out then you have to wait 20min for them to refill them I dont think I will ever eat there again

I am not one to easily complain, but I feel that it is in the best interest of BK that I make this statement.Monday, the 10th of December I went to Burger King Menlyn around 14:15. I was horribly disappointed, besides waiting long for my food, the place was filthy. Rubbish at every unaccompanied table with zero effort to clean. The floors were messy as well. Eventually a cleaner began moping the floors, she was shoving chairs around recklessly and deliberately mopping in such a manner that invaded people’s personal space and forced them to move constantly. I tried to get a glimpse of the name but then realized her name tag was being worn inside out(magnet on the outside of the shirt, name on the inside). The overall experience was not what I’ve come to know Burger King by, and I hope that the appropriate measures will be taken to bring it to the level of greatness that I’m so familiar with.

Visited the store on 08 Nov 2020.Placed my order and the staff member selected items that I did not order.The screens have been broken of the terminals.Looks very run down.

Good serivce. Burger and fries served nice and hot. food court makes up for the small space inside. Just need to improve the cleaning of the floors and around the soda fountain.

Not impressed. The employees are really not friendly at all, the new special the triple patty burger is so small and the price is almost the same as a double whopper, which would make it better to go for the double whopper as it is better in taste, look and size. The mountain due whas not working, pity as it is the only soft drink I enjoy there, why does the triple burger look like a knock of from something that McDonalds sell?And where are the trays?
