Honestly the worst McDonalds ever for Delivery! Every week I have to fight with McDonalds because of a wrong order. Its not even a mistake as they will tell you they put what you didnt order in there. No call to explain and even escalation to head office is just null. Every week they will ensure to deliver an unpleasant experience! So so frustrating that no one cares enough here. They act like they are doing you a favour. Would not recommend to anyone! Steers Karenpark is the best alternative!

Drive-thru is the worst, long cues all the time, bad service, not satisfied with the quality of the the food my burger had dried old wilted lettuce.

It was truly such a bad experience today, they ruined the whole days mood and my entire experience with Macdonald, I also dont think Im going back to that Macdonald again they were so rude and disrespectful.The customer is always right they definitely didnt see the value in that, the owner of that Macdonald should definitely see to talking to them and reprimanding them, such bad service from those 2 staff that were so disrespectful towards us even dispite the fact that many people were there.

Card reader unit box is broken and dirty. Its covid and now you must pick this broken dirty thing up to do payment.

Mcdonalds wonderpark , pathetic service and most rude person working here Mapaseka buying lotto on her phone at the door of the building and screaming and telling me that she needs to spray sanitizer when I come to her she says she was calling me but when I ask her why she is on her phone and calling me by Ay wena how do I answer her by hey wena

Took almost an hour to get FAST FOOD. Had to push the staff to prepare mine. Looked like they were prioritizing take-a-lot deliveries over customers who are actually in store. Poor service.

It really be nice to get Mr Delivery or Uber eats in our area The Orchards Extension 24 instead of having to drive to you and waiting in queues.

There is no COVID-19 compliance officer on site. People come in and go out as they please, without waiting to be sanitized or called in. The store supervisor herself went out through the entrance and she was wearing tekkies the day I was there. When I told her, she gave me a look that would have killed me, if I was not made of timber and caliber.

I received my order quick and it was hot Nd fresh especially the fries 🍟😂

McDonalds knows how to treat their customers with respect and care......Im very happy for their services

In regards to the drivethru, do not come here during the 15th and the 25th to the 30th of any month. There is always a tedious line of cars crawling slowly to the intercom to register orders. Outside of those dates, the drivethru is efficient, the staff is friendly and the food is delivered perfectly in accordance with MacDonalds standards. And occasionally a begger will pop by your window by surprise asking you to buy them food. Good luck, hope this helped.

Its unsanitary how you get sanitized at the door.. Then after that im going to touch an unsanitized pen to fill in a form. Then before i pay with my card they dont sanitize the machine of which many people press, to enter their pinsAnother thing is i didnt get refunded for the chilli cheese fries that werent available but i had already paid for them. Wow...

I write this review with a heavy heart yesterday morning I went to buy breakfast. Now I ordered a hazelnut latte. Instead they made me an iced coffee. I told them that they gave me a wrong item which I didnt order..I told them I really do want the hazelnut latte I dont even mind paying for it..now they took the iced coffee and promised they would make me the latte..well when I got home I found out that its not the hazelnut latte they gave me but rather a normal latte....now I really feel that they insulted my intelligence..I payed for something which I did not get..that is day light robbery...Im really disappointed in this store...

Shift manager (Thomas) doesnt deserve the position. Leave managerial positions to young people. At least they can keep up! Very disappointing. Zero communication. Thomas and his staff need some training!

The service is so poor the stuff cares less to notify customers of the TAT on their orders until I had to call after an hour of waiting and spoke to a very rude gentleman who told me I still have to wait another 1:25 minutes for my order to be delivered. You guys are giving McDonalds a very very bad name. The management really needs to look into this seriously so not satisfactory to us all
