This Mc Donald’s needs to do better in terms of their stock taking. Everytime I crave something, they don’t have it in stock. Multiple occasions they didn’t have Oreo mc flurry, or nuggets, or chicken foldover. It’s the worst feeling leaving home with a certain craving then having to settle for something else coz they don’t have it. Can they do better regarding that please.

Very professional and efficient. The staff member who was smartly dressed in her beautiful McDonalds uniform sanitized us and showed us how to do self service. In less then 5 minutes our food arrived. This venue is 5 star cause of tidiness and cleanliness. Keep it up.

I am highly disappointed. I have been hoping that someday i will actually get what i order which is yet to happen. I have been a VERY loyal customer, which unfortunately due to poor service will no longer be the case. I will not recommend this branch to anyone rather drive a bit further for better quality and knowing you will actually get what you PAY for.

McDonalds will be McDonalds. Need i say more. Except staff not very friendly and drive through intercom system the worst ever.And why do they place the menu at the intercom and expect you to place your order immediately.

I got there at 6h55 am i was told that the drive Tru starts operating at 7h00am i then waited until past seven for 15 minutes more after seven to be open, i had get out of the car to ask what was the hold up some guy told said just wait till its open without giving me a valid reason why we had to wait so long for them to open.... Then when i ordered the lady i told her to cancel previous order list by someone else but she decided to continue then when i paid i knew that what i was buying needed R100.... When i told her she added extra she decided to shouted at me instead responding respectively.... The service was bad serious

I waited there for 15 minutes after 7 oclock in the morning, and I still had to wait for my food. I was running late and the workers were not cooperative at all. They open late and expect you to wait for your food. It was bad.

What I especially liked about this McDonalds is the fact that the drive through lady advised on better meal options- more bang for your buck. The food did not take long and the order was correct. Definitely a go to when youre in the area with hungry kids in the car!!!!!
