Cashiers had to be called by their superior as they were not in the store during the work time.. Only two were available to attend to a long que of customers.

I went there to buy cake but emded up having a whole trolley 🛒 full this store is nice and has nice clothes and food 🍲

Woolworths...Im so in love withWoolworths,unfortunately clothingwise I dont have size,i buy childrens shoes there and they are quality.Woolworths is for me my number 1 shop.

Always not opening on time..either 10 minutes late and after opening late you wait for tellers to co to the tills for the next 10 more minutes...I say tell or write outside the doors that the opens at 09:00 but we will be at 09:20

The store is fine however when its really busy and the que is long they dont do anything to assist or try to help with the long que. You should avoid this store when its really busy especially around month end because you are going to experience a long wait

They always dont have what I am looking for. And the staff is clueless about their foods catalogue for the store, when one asks them to check for something at the back they are quick to say that they dont have the stock. Today I went the for my grocery shopping, they did not have plastic bags, instead I was told by an assistant to go buy a plastic bag at shoprite for my grocery.

They closed half a day due to covid 19 then the following day traded as nothing happened so unprofessional saying staff tested positive then running after target not thinking of our health

I am very disappointed. Been standing in the long line due to pandemic. Only to be turned after an hour of standing in line cause I cant pay for my laybye that I placed for my childs clothes for winter. Wasnt in said we can buy clothes? Isnt laybye a form of a purchase? I honestly an so disappointed and hurt. I have been calling and the phone is not answered. I need those clothes. My child has nothing to wear for winter.

Going to Woolworths is like always a guarantee that the food services and customer experience will be excellent. After patiently standing in the line for about 35 min I went up to the teller - no name badge , who with great attitude told me I must unpack my groceries so she can ring them.I told her immediately where to get off and if she’s not willing to unpack groceries she must get another job. Since I was only there to buy 3 items she says to me I can’t get the discount on the foods because I don’t have the my school card so she cannot assist me( I left my cards and everything in the car) . I told her just ring the items up nothing to do with the cost.She said her name was Charlotte or something, what attitude , all this happening while a superior member if staff is just sitting there and said nothing, well I told her my thoughts worth and she kept apologizing profusely, what’s sad about this is the people living in this area are subject to this type of lower grade treatment from staff workers who are used to working in environments that lack proper customer experience.In my whole Woolworths experiences I certainly know this is not a reflection on The store. Some areas just require mystery guest experiences to weed out aliens like this teller.
