Had the worst service from some of the female employees by the fabric cutting stations. Such a disappointment because management is way more helpful😒

Excellent online service. The store is located in Pretoria, and I am based in East London - I was ensured 2-3 working days for delivery and received my order 3 days after completing my purchase on their site. Also a pleasure to deal with via the phone, wonderful staff. Thank you to George whom I spoke to. Thrilled with my product(s).

They sell cheap quality fabrics. I bought fabric , made a dress before the day ended the dress was damaged. After spending so much money Requested for a refund they told me they cant help me you buy at your own risk.

I struggle since Aug 2021 month to get a small piece of paper that is called a INVOICE; they did not even send it with my stock...This place is Good for Entrepreneurs but if you must beg for a Invoice then its Goodbye. Please improve your customer service their is no time to beg for a paper.

I just left Home Hyper City. What an awesome experience. I had never seen such a huge variety of fabrics and curtains, even when I had shopped overseas. It is cheaper to buy your suit material for men and ladies from Home Hyper City then in Dubai. The quality and price is much better then overseas. John Robbie of 702, when he visited Home Hyper City was impressed, so am I.

This place is BIG! You will be overwhelmed by choice for fabric and the prices are really competitive compared to what you will find in the east of Pretoria. Take a friend with you to make the experience so much more memorable! There are lots of people available to help in the store, Patricia treated me with great smiling care. You can find ample goodies for knitting, embroidery, hat-making and whatever crafty thing you can think of. I was a little bit disappointed in their wool collection. I plan to make most of my future fabric purchases here.

Saturday and Sundays closes at 4 pm. They opened the store to assist me as I was late. The variety of fabrics, curtains are awesome and prices reasonable. I visited their fabric factory and saw how the fabrics are made. Very impressive. Home Hyper City has free and secure parking, a security guard looked after my vehicle. They off the M1 Highway, easy access back onto the Highway

I wanted blue stretchable sequins fabric was assured that it was that and that is was a roll of fabric all I got was 1m unstrechable RED sequins fabric

Great place to shop in. Got everything including kitchen sink. There is safe parking, a haberdashery as you enter to keep the ladies busy and at the back there is hardware, large and small appliances, electronics, lighting and other departments that I couldnt visit due to time constraints.There is also a second hand area that has a large amount of stuff where you can find bargains or items that you can use as body parts for your broken things at home.As for the service. They are great without being overbearing. You are being stalked without realizing it. They seem to know when to approach you and when to hang back. Cant praise them enough.Special call out to Mr. Patel and Rosy... You guys rock.

You can almost find anything at Home Hyper City from certain building materials, fabrics to household appliances. Everything sold is at very reasonable prices employees are always very eager to help.

I am residing in the East of Pretoria. I found the service at Home Hyper City is better then the East, price a third cheaper, quality of goods and variety much better and because they are open till 4 pm on sundays, I have all the time I need to check out the exicting specials, which specials they have daily. The area is safe and I am not afraid to shop. I find that Metro police are opposite Home Hyper City and you will find a lot of police presence. Parking is free.

I purchased a product from them during Black Friday 2019. I still havent received the product and they do not respond to my communication about this matter. I warn people not to purchase from them. Rather pay a little more and buy from a reputable entity.

Big variety at the curtaining section, even more so at the lace section, well priced, just had a quick run throughout the dress material section, saw lovely material there... lots of linen and toweling... cant review on the kitchen equipment as I skipped it due to time constraints. Unfortunately the staff was not as helpfull as Im used to. Dragging their feet and referring me to another .. sort of from pillar to post..Even with that negative, the shop is well worth a visit.

Spent R1300 and they still charge R20 to cut 2 curtain rails in half that was to long to transport in car.

A friend usually brings me here for materials and all things haberdashery... of you know what you want and where it is by all means visit the store cos there are no assistants, ever... The store has lots of stock tho, always full and the variety is endless, the prices are market related as well with some items more affordable than others.

In a matter of 5 hours, our oven an hobb was delivered.From online purchase to delivery was super fast and very professional service.Well done Neil and team.

If its haberdashery you are after then its a great place..If you are looking for hardware then the experience is not so great. Things seem to be packed haphazardly and some items are broken yet are still on the shelf.

Huge variety but be very careful. They took the price tag off the roll and said it was the wrong price. We confronted the manager and he said we cannot get that material for that price. When I told him the price you see is the price you pay he told me not in this shop we were in a hurry and ended up paying almost double.
