I loved this Game Store. As expected, at game you get everything you want in one house. I had a very good customer experience in all departments I went through. Items were affordable or let me say I was able to work according to my budget. No longer queues at the tills.

Receiving was a nightmare we had to wait for the security guard for 20min.

The product range is fair. I had to wait a while at the parcel counter, all the tickets where taken and I as well as a few other customers had to queue and wait for tickets to be returned by those who were done with their shopping. Apart from this the service is commendable & the staff are extremely helpful.

The security guy was extremely rude and he turned his name tag around so that I can not easily identify him.So I got in the store with my bag, and the guy shouted at me like I killed someone telling me that am not allow to enter with my bagback in store and I should put it at the front counter. When I got there the is no bag putting place. I was told to just leave it on top of the counter and I will get it back we I return.The was zero security for my back and no one was monitoring them. Any can just take a bag from there and leave, that is how weak the security is. It would be easier to let people enter with their bags like the other game stores. Truly disappointed.

I bought my stramm 3 piece power tool kit from this store, one of the kit which is impact Drill worked for about 3 months part time even. the set is 24 Months warranty. I had to take it back to them and they Premised it will take a Month to fix. they Sent me an sms in about 49 day of wwaiting for their reply and said the Drill is fixed. I had to go and collect but before i take it back to my home i Remember asking for it to be Plucked so that i can Prove is working. the lady said to me that it has been Checked and she said everything is Fine. the first thing i did when i Arrive home was to plug it and switch it on. I was Surprised to find out it was not fixed at all. I am wandering, what does the law say about things like this?

A bit of a slow customer service, but theres always a bargain to be had at Game stores wherever they are. Parking is the main issue here. Bloed street is Taxi zone. One can also park opposite the Zoo if need be,but then, safety? Choice is yours.
