After a very interesting webinar about screen time, with NelOptics as one of the contributors, I decided to take the kids for their annual eye test to Roeline. I ended up testing my own eyes. What an incredible experience, you walk in, and it feels as if they have known you for ever.The entire team goes above and beyond to make this experience as pleasant as possible. The service was simply outstanding and I will definitely be visiting them again soon. Normally I get headaches when I get a new set of glasses, but not this time around. I absolutely love these guys🏆🥇. I was looking for a number online for another Optometrist and their number also came up. I sent them a whatsap message and simply from the way they spoke to me, I went there. They were so accommodating with all my questions and extremely professional. Needless to say, I got my stunning spectacles from them. Their service, their attention to detail especially with the eye exam, their rooms.....everything is absolutely top class. This kind of eye test was something Ive never experienced before (and Ive had my eyes tested 4 times so far but never like this). Im very impressed🤩🤩🤩

For years I have been making use of the same chain of optometrists. Last week I decided to see what else is out there. I could not be more happy I did. Neloptics has the most friendly and helpful staff I have had the pleasure of dealing with in a long time. Dr Rolene takes the time to do an indepth check, ask questions and exlain everything to you. She gives you advise and reasons for her suggestions. You get a thorough exam AND opinions on which frames suit you. Not lead straight to the most expensive ones. It is so obvious that this practice is run on passion and not just making a quick buck.

Ive been driving past Neloptics for some time now and only recently popped in to get my eyes tested for the good ol drivers licence. I also made an appointment to get my new specs. Through out the entire process everyone was extremely helpful and came across as very knowledgeable! I also appreciated the input I received for selecting that perfect frame! They have also provided me with excellent after sales support! I cannot recommend them enough and will certainly be back when I am due for another check up! Keep up the epic work!

Wish there was something like 5+ stars to rate them! Very professional yet approachable work ethic. Classy staff. Great equipment and excellent frame suggestions. I had a smooth experience getting my eyes tested and very quickly received my prescription glasses. All of this would already warrant a 5star rating, but theres more: sadly my favorite sunglasses-frame broke when they attempted to fit the lenses - Neloptics apologised and I received a replacement frame. Really rad establishment with an awesome team! Would recommend!

NelOptics (especially Lizelle and Rolien) are great!I refer all my kids that I evaluate to them (when I suspect that eye-muscle functioning could be problematic). NenOptics does a thorough evaluation and then gives 6 weeks worth of eye-muscle exercises before a re-evaluation is done to determine if glasses is needed. So many kids are struggling with eye-muscle functioning due to too much screen time. Not all optometrist take such deep interest in eye-muscle functioning and that is why I love Neloptics!

When I went to NelOptics for my eye test I did not expect to walk out with my left eye seeing as good as my right eye again. I had an injury to my left eye when I was 17 and was told that the vision in that eye will never be perfect again. Rolene and Lizelle took a photo of the front part of my eye and designed a contact lens for me. When the lens arrived and they fitted it on my eye I was amazed, suddenly both my eyes had vision again. I spend most of my day in front of a computer and they also informed me about the dangers of blue light, they are very knowledgeable and helpful. Their selection of frames are great, I really liked one of their sunglass frames and wanted it for my normal prescription lenses, so I asked if they could put my prescription lenses into the sunglass frame and they did it without hesitation. Thank you so much for giving me my full vision back and my awesome frame!
