The staff at Specsavers Gezina are always friendly and very helpful. They kept me up to date with the progress on my spectacles with the current situation in the land. The optometrist is very professional and has the best interest of het patient at heart.

Gezina Specsavers are stars.......... My specs had a problem with the arms I had an option of replacing the arms..... Contact lenses or a new frame I chose a new frame and got it back within 20 minutes. Can I put emphasis on Lady Roma you are friendly and is excellent with customer service. I appreciate ☺️

Great service and quick turnaround times. They will get you seeing in no time!

Very poor service, long waiting times and was asked to pay for a service that other branches do for free. Probably went to the staffs lunch fund.Already paid and no one ahead of me was told it would only be 20min so I waited. Someone showed up and was quickly put before me and I was told it would take another 30 min although I was there first and my procedure would have taken 5 min. Would not recommended this branch for your spec needs. Very limited frames as well.

After Reading the reviews on this page , I concur with Phillipa Buckland who stated RUDE RECEPTIONIST. I initially made an appointment with this branch but later opted to cancel due to an unwelcoming telephone service..... During the current economic climate, can businesses really afford bad publicity due to poor mannerisms!
