I’ve waited 5 weeks for new lenses for my glasses. I’ve not had one communication in that time. I’ve called in several times and get told they’ll follow up. Nothing!I’ve now been in the shop for 15 minutes. I’ve not even had an acknowledgement that I’m here. Not we’ll attend to just now. NOTHING. the service here stinks. DONT use them if you can avoid it.

Super satisfied with the service Ive received from the Spec-Savors Olympus, the staff has been very helpful to me since Ive been using their service. Reception is the highlight of the experience, for me at least. They are kind, welcoming, down to earth, funny and professional obviously. I appreciate their services very much, all the staff for doing their jobs but with extra compassion for their clients.
