Exceptional service received from the Kolonnade branch by Nthabi. Very welcoming, professional and bubbly. She went above and beyond in making sure that our first experience becomes one of its kind. I would recommend that everyone asks for her assistance upon arrival at the branch. Whoever the Branch Manager is, this lady deserves a bells!The recommendation comes from both Mphiwa and Lefa Maremagae who recently went and got their pair of spectacles.

I am extremely happy with the service I received at this branch. From the moment I made my booking to doing the eye tests and the process thereafter, everything was handled very well. I was helped by three different ladies and each and every one of them was very helpful and patient with me, as it was my first time going for eye tests, I had many questions. The optometrist was friendly and to the point and the man who helped me fit my glasses explained everything so well. I expected to only receive my glasses after 15 working days, to my surprise I got my glasses 8 working days later which I was super happy about. Thank you!!!!

Thank you to the staff for awesome and friendly service. Mr Eugene Hildebrand gave me so much extra info and advice that really helps and he treated me like someone he knew. I wont make use of any other optometrists.

Having moved back to my hometown (Pretoria), I had to decide where I would go for our eye-care. Based on my good experience with Spec-Savers Greenacres (Port Elizabeth), it was an easy choice to make. Very friendly and helpful front-desk staff. Rocky, the technician, does wonders with frames that need adjusting.

Fast service.I like the fact that you can book online as well.The Winter Promotion fee that I had to pay, caught me off guard a little.Never-the-less, my 8-year old daughter got her glasses for free.The lady that tested her eyes, made her feel comfortable and beautiful in her glasses.

After an initial bad experience (having to wait an extremely long time for a simple eye test), Specsavers apologised with a free pair of prescription sunglasses. Apology accepted; my subsequent visits were much more pleasant with friendly, efficient service.

The Doctor is great but the staff in front taking calls and queries are useless. Everytime i phone to followup on my contact lenses they cant give me answers and say they will phone me back and they never do. I need to always phone again and again and still have no aswers as the why im waiting 2weeks for contact lenses.

Been using these guys for around 3 years now and never had a single issue with anything from glasses to contacts.

The staff are very friendly, Twanette is a very friendly ophthalmologist, who makes one feel at home and really listens to you. The frontliners are all very friendly and have helped me very nicely with frame selection - which is not an easy thing to do.You guys are tops guys, keep it up.

We made an appointment (but at the wrong branch of Specsavers) when we got there at the Colonade branch and found out wrong, Jackie helped us and dialed in new appointment times while we went for coffee.Eugene tested our eyes and made great effort to explain everything nicely.You are the best. Thank you very much for excellent service Jackie, as well as the help and advice in selecting frames. Now I know why we will come back to you next time ... For the friendly service.

Service does not exist at Spec Savers Collonade. Was there February 16th. After an hours waiting and waiting in the store to be helped, I left there without a staff member trying to offer help. More visited than worked .... poor experience. Do not see me again.
