Dreadfull service. Sitting in line with no one attending customer service. Not acceptable. Come on ABSA!

I want to thank Samantha for her excellent service.She went out of her way to support me, even wrote to the fraud department on my behalf, about a fraud transaction.This branch is privileged to have Samantha, who means so so much for the good name of ABSA Brooklyn Maine.What a privilege to have met Samantha.Thank you Samantha, I appreciate every moment I spent with you.

Unbelievably long waiting times. Only one person at one of the 3 customer service desks. Its like this every single time.Just look how many people are waiting.I spent 20 minutes waiting downstairs at their other branch just for them to tell me I need to come to the main branch upstairs. Then Im greeted with this site? Would have waited at least 45 minutes here.

Extremely long times waiting just to reach the customer service. The lady at the door that is responsible to direct you, is not reliable and inefficient. Even in cases where someone is in an extreme hurry because they have to be at the airport, there is no understanding nor professionalism. They have to do something about always having a low number of customer care representatives. The queues are endless.

Incredibly long waiting times. Up to 30 minutes outside in the queue and then another 30 minutes inside. 5 star service once inside and eventually assisted , but it seems they are under-staffed. Nedbank is literally a few shops over, same level 1 lockdown protocols and no such delays experienced there.

Opens up an hour later than the surrounding Banks on a Saturday morning.Happy to cancel all my accounts with ABSA

I went to Brooklyn Upstairs ABSA (20/05/2020), yet I waited however I clearly understood that not all staff is on duty due to the current Pandemic. I must give credit, they adhere to the regulations and excellent service I received thank you.

Absolutely horrible service!! Waiting time outside 20+ minutes and inside another 1+ hour!! Would rather go to Menlyn branch anytime

Came right but consultant did not and did not wanted to assist. Offered me a better short term policy but the moment I mentioned the word problem she turned around and said they dont sell short term insurance. This is the branch across the road from the mall not in the mall it is not on google maps

Unlike FNB and Capitec ABSA does not allow you to get a new card without an ID. The staff will however allow you to go to your car to get your ID but not allow you access 5 minutes later and insist you come back another day.

Waiting 20 min at BUSSINESS counter WITHOUT any assistance . Why have a bussiness counter if you do not have staff the assist.
