This branch is constantly offline. You wont get assistance during load shedding, they dont have a backup generator.

Sat at the branch for over 2 hours because the consultant did incorrect calculations and had to redo everything. Wanted to do a card replacement after two hours no card replacement. Watse of time!!!

Extremely bad service . The ground manager is unprofessional in a other level of unprofessional ism . I will never bank at capitec i will pay 600 % more bank costs at any other bank before i bank there. If there was a - 400 star rating , it would be to good for the them. And it is all because of the manager.
