Very bad, they increase prices for things that are short on their menu and they gave me the wrong order, I think they took advantage that I bought a big menu or maybe it was at night. I wont bother going to any KFC again

The service at the drive through was good.. When they noticed that they had too many cars waiting, they proactively approached us before we go to the window to take our order.. This made the flow much quicker.. Although it is a busy place at the Centre of Polokwane city, we did not wait too long for our food. Props on the team for being proactive.

I am not sure whos the manager of this KFC, if it was training that was being done or change of shifts, but your staff members need to try to assist customers, than leaving us standing while they talk, in front of me there was no one, but I ended standing for 2 minutes, be they decided t help someone who was not in queue.Another thing, please change the queue feet 👣 outside the build next to the KFC signage, because where they are it gets hot and people cant be standing there, the other entrance has q shade.

I was impressed by the drive thru system there even though the lady took my order using a funny language....I think it was pedi or something like that...I wasnt offended but I dont think people especially waiters are allowed to toment us the customers like that. ...

Good services in indeed I ordered online when I get there the known about my order I just paid to waited for some minutes and my order was ready for me.

Waited in reh drive through for more rhan minutes, cashiers going up and down not even carobg to explain what the backlog is about. Yhoo.

KFC is KFC. Nothing much to write about besides they sell fried chicken and burgers. Ohh and Ice Cream which I always go back for.Covid 19 regulations such as social distancing; sanitizing; and No Mask, No entry protocol observed. You need to buy to use their restrooms though and it is clean inside....

Is it just me or the quality of food at KFCs have drastically changed over the years, maybe they have too many customers and cant keep up with the demand. Their meat is somehow still raw on the inside its disgusting, the burgers dont taste the same anymore. The staff are not exactly friendly either. In my opinion they need to check the quality of food they serve, as for me I wont be entering a KFC outlet anytime soon.
