I hate how the staff prioritizes so much on people who ordered food telephonically or through the app than the people who actually took their time to go the restaurant to buy food. One actually has to wait 30+ minutes to get their food while the MrD people just waltz in to collect deliveries. The other day they gave someone my order and i had to wait to get another prepared. I stay in Ivypark but their service makes me to rather go in town to buy food than wait on their slow service.

A very bad attitude experienced from one of the sales ladies who answered the phone, np phone etiquette at all, she answered my phone and then told me to hold on while she was helping another customer, I could even hear her greet the person to show that she prioritised the other client than me, then hung up the phone. 😡😡😡😡
