They have very long Drive-Thru and cant manage itIts frustrating to wait long

In these COVID times getting take seats is not always easy, but thanks to Nandos for going out of their way to make it as simple as possible. On top of that their food was great as usual.

It was bad there services is just a mess, on top of that it was fathers day, my uncle didnt enjoy the meal. We got wrong orders and there spinach was horrible, whats worse is that the waiter was so defensive about it, I love nandos but, nandos thornhill needs to upgrade their service. I was so disappointed.

The place is clean, the stuff is friendly but I think there is room for improvement with regard to time waiting for an order.

There has always been good service before, bit there was a challenge this last time without anybody explain the delays. We were just requested to park and wait for the food which is not a problem, but there were too many cars and no space for cars to park because there was traffic from the other people that were trying to access the drive through and those inside. Some had to drive out of the vicinity and come back to join the drive through traffic in order to acess the parking. It was an unfortunate situation

Great staff and food was prepared well

The chicken pieces were so small and the side of veg was only a few scoops, even though it is a sharing side. The taste of the food was good, but I was just disappointed with portion sizes.

Terrible staff, no attention. Wrong orders given and cannot get their attention to change. Managers hides in office when asking for him. No cheese on burger, the picture is how they have it to me when asking for it.

They asked me to exit the drive through and wait in the parking for my food. I have been waiting over 15 minutes and still no food...

We visited the restaurant at 14:00 on the 6th November. We struggled to get a table that was cleaned, where we can sit and eat. The restroom was dirty. Looking at the attached photo you can see that the restroom was last checked at 12:30. Disappointing.

I visited this particular outlet due to the positive reviews and the fact the feedback here gets appreciated. And yes it was worth the detour! Clean, with friendly staff and prompt service! Even when an order gets slightly wrong they are quick to make it right! I will definitely be stopping by on my next visit!

Very well situated restaurant...in a very stand alone corner of a 4 way road leading to affluent Polokwane city suburbs. A very large parking area. Family can dine in semi-private style. You do not expect loitering fellow country folks. Just a buzz of locomotives and seclusion like situation.
