Very bad they dont even wear masks while helping us we wait for our food while they eat in frontofus,the chefs 😭i dont even want to get started....cooking without proper PPE aiii you tell them to wear their masks they give you attitude

Hi... I bought food from Madiba park galitos your food whr not fresh at all.. I ate 1 piece and i was Like noooo ths is not the usual taste... The second drum stick was hard very very very very hard.. By the way i was given two drumsticks i dont know why it was my first time experiencing that... I drove back to the restaurant i asked to see the manager (note thy dont wear name tags) i tried reasoning with her and she told me i already ate the other piece oh yesss i ate the other piece that is why i can tell is rotten... I had stomach cramps i had to consult the Dr said the Food caused Mild gastritis 😭... I lost R800 because of R50 meal😭 i tried calling head office but hey thy are dropping my calls.... The manager doesnt have management skills.... Am not happy at all.. am very sick

Your service is so bad, the other day I ordered via phone and the lady who answered the phone was so arrogant,on top of that I had to call for more than 4 times for the phone to get answered..... Then after 30 minutes I get there only to be told that they didnt get my order and I had to wait 30 minutes for the food mxm

I placed my order with the phone, when I arrive on store found my order not ready, started prepared when I arrive there,.....arrived on store just after 15 minutes and thereafter I have to wait for about 30 minutes for my order to be ready.....very disappointed and disturbed by the level of service I experienced.
