We waited for our order for about 80minute, no one bothered to explain the reasons of long wait.

The service is very poor. We ordered food with drinks but they only served us meals with no drinks until we finish eating. We had to request refund for our drinks. They didnt see anything wrong with their service though.

This is the biggest Nandos is Limpopo. The restaurant is clean and have many tables and chairs.The staff are friendly. Also has clean bathroom and there are always cleaning every hour.This Nandos is also beautifully decorated. It has feel of those fancy expensive restaurants. What I also love is that you can see the city thru the windows cos the restaurant is the the heart of the city.There is paid parking on the opposite for your comfort. And also taxis just outside the door.

The service was not good. I was given hot rice whereas I ordered mild one. The vegetable were unlike nandos, they were not good as if they are old and poorly prepared. Im not happy with their meal.Their meat was delicious.

Filthy tables, 😔😔 we asked to get our table cleaned but the waitress said to us theres someone to clean tables but no one ever came to clean for about 15mins we had to relocate to a new table, that I also had to clean and sanitize myself.Its sad to see the service declining like this ,used to be one of my favorite spots with my family.The guy who eventually came to clean the table we moved from was very nice and efficient. There should be more people like him there.

My favorite Nandos in Polokwane, I recommend this one for anyone who wants a fresh meal, though the latest interior modifications seem to accommodate more people but with less comfort, I mean couches are more comfortable then benches...

But to my suprise👀The chicken was dry🤷🏿‍♂️🤷🏿‍♂️I dont know if they dont put all those flavours while its still on the grill, but then it wasnt marinated with that mild flavour👀I dont know if they do it different. .. but hai🙆🏿‍♂️🙆🏿‍♂️.
