Situated on the start of the entrance of Mall of the north, Nandos is a great place to have a meal with your family. It contains ground and upper floor dining area, where the Covid 19 protocols are adhered in a perfect. I did not know what to order but the cashier was generous enough to assist me. It was a cold day but the ground floor dining area was very warm. I had a great time and will be coming back soon.

Ive never seen such a dirty restaurant in my life! We had to clean our own table which was full of leftovers and crockery. It took us a while and surprisingly, some employees saw us cleaning but never cared. The bathrooms were dirty and smelly. Fortunately I visited the bathroom before eating. I give them 2 stars for their delicious food.

One of the cleanest restaurants in town. The seating is spaced properly and covid rules are followed.

Their service was very slow and their spinach was tasteless..I guess they are very busy and they cannot keep up with the demands.

The best thing about this Nandos is that it has plenty of table for sit in. And has a upstairs part where u can sit in a Balcony and enjoy the view from above.The shop is clean and nicely decorated with beautiful colors and art. Also bathroom is very clean.Friendly Staff as well.

Very bad service .. at first I ordered full chicken with extra sauce when I got home there was no sauce at all.. secondly I ordered the same thing fortunately I opened the order before I could leave .. just yesterday they didn’t give me my 3 rolls and I only see this when I reach my place which is like 30 km away… when you call they don’t answer Yoh

I am personally a huge fan of Nandos there is never a dull moment. I was visiting Polokwane From Jhb and no matter where I go Nandos rocks, staff avve us amazing service and this pic tells it all...

Very friendly staff and quick service

My wife didnt like the peta chicken sandwich it was horrible. I had the spicy chicken quarter & fries which l enjoyed. Hopefully they can address the chicken peta sandwich. It just had to much going that took away from enjoying the chicken inside.

I waited 45minutes for an order. Was told immediately they were out of chicken, and told food would be ready a bit late, 30minutes later there was a long que of people waiting for food, had to shout out to ask for help for everyone in the que, 45 minutes i still had to enquire about my order, No interest in customers ON THAT DAY

It was pretty dirty. I would go again because the food and service was excellent. Id avoid it if I had other options near Bendor.

17 Dec 2019; 18:07pm , todays service is terrible. The floors are dirty, tables not wiped! Only one guy working to serve sitting clients!! I told the waiter my family and I will be sitting upstairs as it seems a-bit cleaner, to my dismay he told me because he is the only one working to service tables he might not come to me soon 🤨😳 . I am livid, only if i hadnt paid for our food I would have stormed out! At such a busy time of the year and you have only one waiter and your place is so dirty!!!! 😡

The food was really good, better than I expected. The service was quicker than expected. The designer drinks are just excellent. The problem I had is the same as in the past, 2016 or 2017. Theyre bad table cleaners. The table was sticky, the seats had related stains. We were 2 but only 1 toothpick and 1 serviette supplied. Lol, as a bonus, I went to the gents bathroom only for a lady to come out of there.

Nice space and service not at the right place

Great service. After being turned away by Nandos Thornhill, this Nandos staff took our order and waited for us to pick it up as they were already closed by the time we got there. Lovely staff.
