The service was quick and fast. Only the drive-thru was operating when I passed by due to water problems. Their food is always consistently great. The only problem I had was my order was missing chips. Just make sure to double check your order.

This KFC is at a very convenient location. Enough space for drive thru. Beautiful and clean restaurant. Service is a bit slow because its forever busy.Avoid drive thru during hours when Mall of the Noth closes because is like when everyone leave the Mall they come for drive thru here. The staff is super friendly.And you can see from my picture the shop got revamp a while back and it looks amazing.

Cashier doesnt listen to your order,vhe decides what you want. I wanted dunked wings, he ranf zinger wings. I only saw it when I reached my house. I also wanted the family feast, he gave me another feast for R100.00 which I did not want.

Lines are long and most of the times they dont have stock of something and the lines move very slow

The waiting area has no ventilation, and it is not sanitized as regularly is I hoped. Therefore people opt for drive through which makes the queue very long. Their efficiency is then compromised.

Rest assured icecream machine not working, card machine not working or not fillet for twisters and burgers...

After requesting a black coffee this is what I was served with. I mean this is just dirty water not coffee. Disappointed indeed.

Most horrible drive through service ever. Slow and pathetic service. I was stuck in the drive through for over an hour. It took more than 15 minutes to help one customer. No explanation was given.

Drive through was extremely slow and none of the employees cant out to explain the delay. Ordered the nuggets which where delivered suspect speed only to be dry and possibly from the day before. Then we where told that they didnt have sizes after we paid for them. I fussed and they magically found the sauses I paid for.

The staff is great. They never burn the food like other franchises whee they overheat the oil. They have USB charging points for phones so as you enjoy your meal you can be charging your phone, provided you brought a USB cable.

Forgot my wallet in this place.. On the footage it shows employee getting it from customer and the employee put on thelves only to pocket it on him in few. After he spent 20-30 min with it on his body while doing the run arounds to places to where cameras cant spot. Found my wallet with no money that i worked hard for for that day.When the employee offered to pay back the money the manager refused and said the is no proof that there was money in there. I wonder why this guy spent more than 20 min with my wallet without taking it to lost and found/offices. During this 20 min minimum, this guy was acting weird but manager did care.. I bought my meal at 16:19, 16:37 employees got my wallet... 17:10. He got it to lost and found after he went to toilet and store room with it.. He story differs with what cameras proof.. But manager didnt care... I was a regular customer here even they guy who got my wallet didnt care.. Employee who got my wallet is Ali-D if i got it right.. If hes helping you just be extra careful.. I will advice my friend to use others restaurants..

The service I got by the lady who gave me the food was very bad. She is also having bad attitude.i will never go there again.

I visit this KFC a few months ago just before 10 o clock at night after I put in my order went to the window to pay and then they told me that they dont have any chicken!? After all KFC is a just chicken franchise and we had to change our order more than once just to get what we ordered, in total we longer than 30min in the drive through. Dont think it was very convenient for a drive through needs to be quick and easy
