Brilliant store. They were the only store I called who offered an ETA of new stock and went out of their way to order for us rather than just waiting for stock to reach the store. Excellent, friendly staff. Will be happy to deal with them again.

If it wasnt for Jonathan, they would have No Stars. Jonathan was friendly, helpful, attentive and tried to assist with technical issue I had. The technician was the exact opposite in every way. Completely disinterested and unhelpful. He needs urgent training on customer service and his technical skills need improvement too.

Ladies are nice otherwise the male staff just want to sell you products and get you out fast...

I recently had even worse customer service at this shop. I wanted to do a SIM port from MTN to Vodacom and was told by a help line agent I had to do it at a shop. I arrived shortly after 16:00 on a Friday afternoon. I asked about doing a SIM port and was told that it was too late. The porting office closes at 13:30 and we have to (hand in phoning gesture 🤘). They are closed over weekends. Come back on Monday. In my car I googled SIM port and saw it was a simple DIY procedure: buy a prepaid SIM card, send portme followed by the SIM number to a certain phone number and youre done. I went to Pick n Pay and bought a SIM for R3.80. I sent the SMS on Sunday morning and by Sunday afternoon my number was ported across networks.What the Vodacom shop employee told me was complete bulldust. They didnt even want to sell me a R3.80 SIM card. I will never visit the shop again.

I hate cell phones and I hate the cellular dealers more. They have more complicated requirements than the bank when applying for a home loan! Paid parking only. If it could be avoided, I would.
