Had broken my LCD and for insurance purposes, I had to request a quotation and description of the damage. From the time I walked in I was treated with respect. They fixed my phone ( which took about 25 minutes because they have an in house technician) and received a 3 month warranty for the parts and workmanship. They are professional and are able to communicate with their customers. 5 stars to Nicholyn and the Assistant Manager. PS - They ALWAYS have specials to look forward to. Best decision ever. I had my phone fixed last year in December and a lady helped me unfortunately i cant remember her name they ordered the parts and had my phone fixed in 2 days.Yesterday I went into Samsung again for the same problem my screen was cracked and a gentleman by the name of Mahomed assisted me and the very next day which is today my phone was fixed and looking brand new. I recommend this store to anyone who needs their phone to be fixed. They very professional and are competent in what they do. Keep up the good work

Great service served with a smile. Its a privilege being a customer to a store such as this. The staff are extremely helpful and caring. Their workmanship is excellent. I had my screen replaced and this was done while i waited. They also recommend protection for my phone and explained it in dept to me. The store has a vibrant feel with a bubbly atmosphere across the staff. I Would gladly recommend them to every Samsung owner.

10/10 - Friendly and efficient service. Replaced my Note 8 Screen while I had a cup of coffee. I would highly recommend these guys for all Samsung related repairs.

Went here to have my battery replaced. Had to have it changed again because new one drained faster than the old. They gladly replaced the defective one. Good overall service.

I had drowned my phone and took it in to the Samsung in petermaritzburg cascades.... Despite not being able to repair it, the service I got was really good, they kept on coming out to inform me on what is happening and what they are doing and ran through all the options with me!
