Crowded. Chairs are too high for disabled people and space is cramped. You must take a number and wait. Our saleswoman was good though. We got what we needed
I have been to the Vodacom next to Mr. Price at Midlands mall a number of times and it is only Londiwe that knows that when a customer comes in they need to be assisted, Londiwe dear your service is excellent 👌👌👌 . So far you are the only person in that shop who knows that when a customer comes to the shop they need to be assisted and with a smile at that. The rest of the staff just do not care....they just stand and chat even when they see that a number of people have come in and are sitting with numbers in their hands.

I called a couple of 2 weeks ago and was told someone would call me back, until now have not heard a thing. Tried calling back a few times but no answer.
Vodacom have been taking out twice my contract amount for the past 5 months. They have made me run up and down for the past 3 months to sort out this error and nothing has been done. My last statement still reflects the incorrect amount and nobody has contacted me despite my continued attempts at communication. Is this how Vodacom conducts business?

The only time someone actually pays attention is when you are buying a new phone or contract. Not even the manageress who promises to get back to you does so. I have been a loyal client for more than 24 years. Very disappointing. Does anyone actually read these comments.
There is no social distancing, there should be a limit of clients in this mall.
Absolutely pathetic. Vodacom insurance is absolute BS they try and make any excuses not to fix a phone. Have been trying to get my S9 fixed since march 2019 its march 2020 catch a wakeup people you dont get paid for nothing do your jobs. This is my 4th time to go and rebook my phone for repairs. And how does this work the insurance claim has been approved but they send the phone back saying the claim has been rejected. I have the sms for the approval and screen shot of the claim tracking.
I applied for a contract sim but never heard them. When I call, no body is picking up the phone.

1 star is a steal for the service received here... no effort or urgency to any requests made. Escalating the matter seems to be the favorite term used.
Never people to assist you and when there are the pcs are down or being used by someome else, one person to do upgrades and sim swops bit 5 working there, absolutely poor...... Go to greenacres

Pathetic- the lack of training on products is shocking. I have been trying to sort my new 42mm watch (x2) out for over a month. The service or lack thereof from Samsung and the blame game by vodacom is absolutely terrible. Both companies need a structured management system in place to make sure training and service is better. You get the feeling from vodacom and Samsung that they dont care, they are to big and already have your money. Not one call in over month from Samsung service after one returned watch and new one not functioning properly. Pathetic actually...

I stood there [for up to 20-minutes] for the guru while he assisted other people that had come after me.I left the shop without assistance.Its frustrating when you become invisible. You start wondering what colour of eyes are created for general business - not discriminatory.The star was because I could not post without rating.Its overrated as it were.
