Apauling customer service. Melony Naidoo consultant at the entrance, only allowing one customer in at a time even though its a dual account for husband and wife. We understand the covit protocols and are adhering to it. No courtesy, efficiency and integrity. Totally disappointed 😞

I went for my contract upgrade on 31st August I received a warm welcome and the service was excellent. The guy called Warren assisted me to chose the phone that I will afford.I just want to say keep it up with the good work.This is what we call GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I booked my phone for repair 2 months ago to this day I have not received my device. now they are avoiding me they are blocking my calls. if you insured your phone with Telkom insurance and want to book in your device for repairs do not do it in this store they are incompetent.

You never get answers from these guys...They keep tossing you from the shop to call centre and call centre toss you back to the store...Its frustrating.Plus be careful to make sure youre getting the deal you asje for...had a terrible experience and they couldnt hold anyone responsible.

I wish I had gotten names of the staff who served me and my husband today, but your short increadibly sweet female manager who was in the store today and the very awesome male who served me, also the female who served my husband were so on form, my husband and I came in for me to get an upgrade and for him to get a new contract and even though the que was a long wait the staff were out seeing who they could help and chatting to everyone. Once in we were greeted with smiles and friendly banter from all staff. Really it was so nice to be helped by people who seemed to want to help. Even when a gentleman came into the store and started a fuss the staff were polite and kept their cool, a very well done Telkom, you will see us again soon. Please make sure to let your staff know they are fantastic👏👏👏

Pathetic! Waited outside in the queue for almost an hour. At first it seemed like there were 4 consultants. When I got to the front of the queue there were only 2 consultants. Did the others all take tea break at once? The service is terrible!

I read about someone here mentioning ghosting Telkom when it comes to their bill. What a splendid suggestion. They wont answer our phone calls, so maybe we should just wait for them to call us. But then, what they will do is tell us sorry, cant help you, wrong department, please call our xxx department on xxx. Which of course they wont answer. But go ahead Telkom, reply and tell me you will do your best in future.

I have to just commend Navesh and his team for ALWAYS being so helpful! I have had dealings with the bigger Telkom at the Liberty Mall and have always left disappointed because nobody LISTENS to what you are asking. The smaller EXPRESS store has always been incredibly helpful going above and beyond to sort their customers out. I have referred family here who have all been converted and are happier for it. A few have also left the bigger one and after advising them to rather visit the express store they are always more than happy they followed through with moving to Telkom! The people you deal with make all the difference!

Have been waiting here for over an hour just to buy a simcard. Honestly, if Id known I wouldn have come 😐.You guys say you will do your best in future. This has been your response for months. I guess you are still to get to the point where you do your best.

Waited 35min for a 3min consultation, she was busy with her phone for 5min while there is a long queue. Tried to get an ADSL 10mbps solution. The consultant was not willing to process the order saying there is no tech to send to the exchange. I just needed my active voice line converted to DSL. Why is a product/internet solution being advertised if it cannot be implemented. Terrible service.

It is by far the worst store to ever go to.I have been waiting for stock for like a month.Waited the que a couple of times for 2hrs at a time 🙄only for them to say they still waiting for The courier guy.Most of the stuff are unprofessional and unaware of whats goin on .(telkom near pick and pay)

You have to wait hours and hours to see a consultant and there is no proper waiting area so you have to stand.

I dont think Ive ever experienced any worse service than I have at Telkom. No one answers calls and their call centers are just as useless. The employees are not well trained or well informed and do not have answers or solutions for queries. Telkom does not provide customer support. Our land line and Wifi was cut off and we received no reason as why this was done yet they have still been charging us for services that we have not been receiving. I have emailed Telkom and up to this date have not received any feedback.

Theres a black lady there who was so friendly helping me with a sim swap Monday 10/03. My rating is 5* i wouldve given it more for her working ethic

Can someone explain to me why a telecommunication service provider cannot be reached via phone. I have called 20 times ( to which I am keeping the proof to show in person at the store!), on a Monday morning through to the afternoon and not a single member of staff picked up. This is ridiculous and absolutely absurd service.I AM REGRETTING TO INFORM THAT I AM NO LONGER GOING TO USE THIS PARTICULAR TELKOM AND AM FINDING AN ULTERNATIVE.I have read the other reviews from the store and can see no changes have been made.

To whom it may concern and to the person who can actually do something, tried calling Telkom Liberty Mall branch six(6) times today and no one answered, pathetic and disrespectful service honestly ! Its ironic because these useless people sell telephones and they dont know how to use them !!!! Seriously when the telephone rings it makes a noise , when it makes a noise that means someone wants to invest in your business or upgrade and just need to know how, please I would like a response and dont give me crap stories ,that yourl were busy or not enough staff call it what it is ,poor planning and weak management. The line is just connected to a fax. No answer. Trying for my elderly mother who bought a new Adsl router from them days ago but so far they cant help set it up as their PCs are not working!? They dont need to be online to plug a cable into a router and config it. She has user password.....
