Frustration is when you are given a number to contact Cell C Midlands Mall but the number just rings non stop and then cuts off!
What an utter shambles have had a contract for 4 weeks now and debited for aforementioned contract but have major handset problems which this branch cannot or will not address!! customer service is terrible. Customer care and branches each have there own rule book. Still waiting for answers!!!!?

Every experience I have ever had, has been awful. The staff are unfriendly and there always seems to be an atmosphere of utter confusion.
