TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TO SAY THE LEAST! My phone fell from my balcony and I had the LCD repaired by them. At first it was an issue that I wanted to pay the R2800 with my card but eventually they swiped it. I received a 30 day GUARANTEE that I could bring back the phone if there are any issues. On Saturday the screen just turned black, after TWO WEEKS. I took the phone back to them and they wanted to charge me R2600 to repair it again and said the guarantee was only valid for one day. How is that possible??? I will never use them again and Ill be VERY vocal to other people to avoid them as well. Ridiculous.

Do not repair your phone here! What started as a screen repair turned into my phone being completely broken into parts. They said the reason why phone could not connect with the screen because of dust, I thought okay let them fix it then. Then after a two month argument I eventually got my phone back and now a while later I had a friend look at the phone who does advanced repairs tell me that my phone has a ton of screws and pieces missing too!It was a very sloppy job they did and they did not even give me a new phone for completely destroying my one. I mean if they did I would have considered them to be somewhat professional..
