Visited Telkom Paarl Mall twice in 3 days and was assisted by Nicole on both occasions. Would just like to commend her on her friendly demeanour and also the swift and professional manner that she handled my query.PS. Judging by your reply I think you guys misunderstood my review. I commended Nicole for the service she gave me. It was nothing short of excellent.

I was just at Telkom Paarl Mall. I was help by Nicole which does not have a lot of product knowledge about the new eSim telkom mobile offer. I asked to speak to the assistant manager which Nicole did not want to give her name. The assistant manager did not want to come forward to assist me. The staff is a joke and poorly trained and not a benefit for Paarl

Phone got stolen so I went in to do a SIM swap. Theres a lady (surname Higgins I think?) who is very helpful and has excellent customer service skills. She is an unexpected but welcome gem, particularly after the surly attendants who do the document+temperature checks at the door. She deserves a bonus for keeping her smile going with co-workers like that! Really appreciated the friendly service and effort she made!

Ive popped in Telkom Paarl mall today 15:50 because I need a new phone/contract urgently since my existing phone keeps on having problems, the lady who helped me did her best to get me out of the shop as quickly as possible without listening to me. She said theyll close shortly and I can order online, whats the meaning of a shop with staff if they cant help or dont want a sale especially in these difficult times. Attitude is a small thing that makes a big difference, I wont go to that shop again.

Not sure if employees are to blaim, but no response or feedback form employees regarding my request to upgrade. One of the ladies in the shop really does her best to make you feel unwanted in the shop. Stay away, find another shop if you need to deal with aTelkom.

Worst service. Inability to supply customer service and looking at reviews nothing much is being done to it. Telkom is losing its clients in Paarl due to bad service from its branch consultants.

Ive called several times over a number of days and the phone just rings and rings. Havent had the misfortune of having to deal with Telkom in years, but looks like its gotten even worse somehow? Website is no help at all, and cant get through to the call centre either, which is the only reason Ive been calling this store.

I wish I had a 5 star experience!I visited your store on Monday afternoon and requested my MTN number to be ported to Telkom. I was told the necessary would happen between 19H00 and 23H00 last night. It is now past 10H00 and still no port.I phoned your store, spoke to the staff member that helped me on Monday and was told the necessary did not happen because he was on leave yesterday!? Please train your staff or improve your process because this is absolutely ridiculous!

I tried to take out a contract for wifi with your Paarl branch. I didnt have my ID book but had my passport and a copy of my ID. Personnel were dismissive, unhelpful and generally not pleasant. I currently live and work overseas and they were not willing to help at all. Needless to say took my business somewhere else.

Very disappointed! My wifi keeps displaying no service. Ive logged a call on their website and phoned just about every number(which did not work). So now i am, paying for wifi i do not have and must rely on buying data during lockdown to keep up with my work. Absolutely dissapointed in their customer service and will not recommend their wifi services at all.

Dis te moeilik vir hulle.
