Awesome service friendly staff
Oh how I wish I could give them 0 stars. So I went to get a deal that they advertise in their monthly booklets... Simple enough right? Not only did I spend a combined hour in their queue and shop only for the assistant to make the rather questionable excuse that they do not have the dealer code to process the deal (despite him saying they had the same problem with a customer the previous day, clearly evidence that they made no attempt to help that specific customer either). The assistant GUARANTEED me that getting the code and processing the deal would be a mere formality that would take max 4 days. So when we called them today to here about the deal, guess what? Yep, he told me that the deal does not exist!? DESPITE IT BEING IN THE PAMFLET!!! HOW????????? So they just FRAUDULENTLY advertise great deals to attract customers?!But this is what I have come accustomed to with mtn, go to their store for enquiries and they will fill you with false confidence that you will be helped efficiently and swiftly. As soon as you leave they laugh and show you the middle finger.They clearly have no regard for their customers time or wellbeing. All they care for is bureaucracy. This is the final nail in the coffin, mtn paarl and mtn south africa you will never ever see me again and I will do anything and everything I can to convince as many people as possible to not waste their precious time at one of mtns poorly ran establishments.
They never debited my account last month and this month so they disconnected my service, so I went in to pay it myself on Wednesday, my phone is still off?? I phoned about 100000 times already no answer!!! How annoying? If I could give zero stars I would.
I really feel bad for giving this review. No company deserves such a bad review, especially during COVID times, but these guys @ MTN PAARL MALL really have earned their rating. One star and ZERO recommendations.
Staff is super helpfull. There should be more staff. Waiting in line takes ages and ages.

Dont have the phones you want and then once youve been convinced to take another one, you cant actually take your phone on the day because the printer has broken? This from a store that you sign things digitally on and they cant process your upgrade. So thats two trips out, two times the fuel and a waste of time and money. What is the point of a cellphone shop If it cannot provide its clients with a cellphone?
