Service is nonsense they tlk alot but less work ihad to wait 1hr for a small pizza ...

I honestly feel like Debonairs Blue Hills is no longer interested in their food quality. I ordered my pizza at 18:00pm and at 18:30pm I took my first bite. As you can imagine, the dough is raw despite my request to keep it in the oven a little longer (based on previous bad food quality.)Debonairs Boulders Mall should teach them something about making pizza, this is disgusting.

I bought pizza at bluehills for a while now. Tonight was the worst quality pizza i had from them. The base tasted old, as if it was too long in the freezer. The triple decker was thin with all the layers stacked and almost no toppings. I doubt they didnt even put the extra sauces which i paid for.Need to find another debonairs shop perhaps.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered my pizzas at 17:25, it currently 20:45 and its not here. Thats over 3 hours. I called the restaurant 5 the first two times they were so disrespectful, one insisted on speaking Zulu even though i made it clear to her i dont know how speak it or understand it. The third time I called the I called the lady told me shed get back to me and she never did. It was only on the fifth time that that woman I got connected to spoke properly with and tried to apologize.Its like theyre always looking for ways to irritated customers. The previous time they only brought half of my order and ran away with the rest, the time before that the pizza was cold (the promotion for a free pizza still stood) I had to argue with the driver and people hed called from the store for an hour.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND YOU ORDERING FROM HERE AT ALL.

Used to be the best Debonairs branch in Midrand. & they used to be Always on time. Last night I ordered a pizza @6pm & I got it after 9pm. It was cold, & not in the best or state.I’m changing my review

Odered from inside the shop and sat there for 40min, got up to check my order they hadnt even started doing it yet place wasnt even busy.. none of them preparing our food is wearing masks, some wear them halfway.. there is even drivers in there with no mop caps im telling u its chaotic inside that shop, right across is steers and fish shop who always on point... yall better sort thos Debonairs out and very soon.

Placed an order online .. waiting for more than an hour for delivery ...... called the store and they said the driver just left.. still waiting 30 minutes later for my delivery 🙄

Debonairs blue hills, I even lost my appetite after opening the pizza at home. I ordered triple decker creamy chicken, I specifically requested both later to be creamy. But what do I get a dry pizza even a dog won’t eat that food.Like I am annoyed for days.I ended throwing away that pizza because no one wanted to eat it.You say it’s triple but it looks like a double.You guys are robbing us day light.

We have ordered a pizza and it took 1h22mins to arrive. Upon calling the shop they say that the driver doesn’t have a phone and they can’t find out where he is. Very disappointed! Romans pizza takes 15mins to have your order ready. When the driver arrived he doesn’t even have a receipt with him. This is unacceptable service.

They need to put someone that can HEAR and understand your order. I had to repeat my order so many times i eventually dropped the call because Im not sure if he pretended not to understand me or he genuinely didnt understand me. And yes the delivery proudly stated as 45 to 60mins....um...NOT ACCEPTABLE!! Terrible! and the Steers is even worse!!!! DONT DO IT!!

Unfortunately you cannot rate 0 star so 1 star it is. It took them 3 hours to deliver 6 pizzas and we are 2 km away from them. This is probably the worst place to order pizza in the hole of South Africa. I think DHL could have delivered the food in the US faster than these guys. wow thanks for the great experience though. I spoke to the manager and told her if she ordered food at KFC and she had to wait 3 hour, would she be happy, cant believe it but the answer is.......... anyone ordering delivery through them, take my advice dont or else good luck.

The person receiving telephonic orders today the 25th afternoon is so incompetent. She doesnt verify the delivery address and I personally tried to do that with her & she gave me a suburb for delivery not mentioned by me and I just dropped the phone to avoid confusion

This isnt pizza anymore more. Crust is ALWAYS stale. Topping always taste old. Average wait it 1.5 to 2 hours.

I always order online and I must say this is one of the worst services I have ever had. I have ordered twice online the first time it took 2 hours to come and it was one item only. The second time it too another hour and a half to arrive this is now the third time and I decided to phone in maybe the online is the problem. I have been waiting for an hour yet again and I am still waiting. Really disappointed.

Very bad. I placed a order telephonically for collection. 26min my order was not done. The ladie ( phindi) claim the phone went dead while ordering and it did not. I Had to place another order in the store and wait for it. Not really happy to be told straight in my face they didnt place my order 1 just like that.

Took them more than 2hours to deliver my pizza, I tried calling to check on where the driver is but they said they will call back in 2mins, which they never did. When I called back 3 times they didnt pick up. When I called with a different number they did and apologised. I complained on their site, a week later and still no response.

How come you guys never answer your phone- ask in the shop and they say they have problems with it but this has been going on for months

Useless store trust me and dont even waste your time and place an order for delivery you will wait anything from 2 to 3hrs. If there was a zero start I would have given them. The only reason I still buy from you is my son ☹☹

The worst experience in my ordering history. Pizza took over 2 hours to arrive. I had to call the store 3 time being told thats its because of bad weather, a blatant lie since there was no bad weather at all.Unprofessional staff members over the phone, 1 dropped the phone on me.Horrible, horrible experience. I will never buy from this store ever.They should just cancel the delivery options since they are incapable of providing that service.

Horrible experience, waited two hours for them to deliver my pizza, spoke to a lady called veejaya who promised to call me back and never did. 2.5 hours later only to find that my pizza was given to a walk in customer and that there are no more drivers to deliver the pizzza. Terrible customer service, no one communicates with me, I had to call them more than five times just to get clarity on whats happening. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone especially if youve requested your pizza to be delivered .

I ordered pizza at 7pm and was advice it it be 1hr 30minutes long to be delivered. After 2hrs I was concerned not hearing anything..I called back and I was told my order is still at the store. This is all happening at night and I am here waiting hungry. Poor poor service.
