Good decent clean place. Food is really good to. Only had the veggie king items and really nice. Will go back for more. Just disappointing when they run out of stock sometimes. The stuff some are friendly some dont greet. But i guess the food is the main thing

We ordered a double cheese lover, whopper with cheese, and kids cheese burger on Mr Delivery. We received a single cheese lover, and two crispy chicken. Completely wrong order. And this was in the evening when all other places are closing. What a dissapointing establishment with rude staff

I was pleasantly surprised by their sides. My kids thoroughly enjoyed the mozzarella cheese sticks and the chilli cheese bites.

I placed an order online at the Sanridge branch before 5PM. Order got accepted. Arrived at the store only to find out it was closed. Called to check what was going on, and was told that they only open at 6PM, but can help me at quarter to. I go to the door at 10 to, and two staff members shouted Open at 6 to myself and another customer that wanted to go inside. I then said that I was just on the phone with someone who advised I would be assisted now.I can understand if the store is being sanitised or if the staff are taking a break, but at least take the time to explain the situation or pur a sign at the door, instead of shouting at your customers?When I addressed this via email, my request was simply closed with a comment that it was resolved.Choose a different branch if youre feeling like BK - The staff at the Kyalami one is a lot better.

The place was not bad, however tellers dont really listen to the customers, this is just from my experience I asked for take out and they put all my food on a tray, but they were quick to rectify the mistake, food is overall good

Food comes out quick and tastes good. Most people are at the kfc and nandos so there is no queue which is a plus.

OMG, the queue here is the worst. Longest I have ever queued for fast food... The food was good at least💯.And there takeaway paper bags are super thin. They tear everytime.

The worst fast food place in Midrand the staff tells you to wait because they wil bring your food, only to laugh an hour later when you have to go in and ask where is my food.

There service is bad and the burgers always seem empty inside as if they dont want to put lettuce and garnish. The staff with attitude seem to be more then those who really want to work there.

I just ordered a meal via Uber Eats. I asked for no Jalapenos on two burgers AND paid extra for two cheese pieces. None of these requests were regarded. On top of that, the wings and chips are dry. Id rather just buy directly from the restaurant.Get it right the first time.

So, I am changing my review from a 1 star to 5 star. The main reason and push to changing my review is because of the service I received a few times from a lady named Efficiency, although I have not seen her there in a while.The staff there these days are a lot friendlier than in the past. Besides the occasional dry burgers, I am super impressed with the turnover that this branch had.

On Monday 21 March to BK sand ridge and my order was nicely prepared and on time. Today decided to go again, being month end rush staff was not organised, my order was only worked on after I gave them receipt having waited for more than 20min, burgers where also skwished as if they were thrown into the bag.

Appalling non existent customer service. Dont know how to rebuild loyal customer relations. Customer care centre has major attitude when communicating with customers. Shocking to say the least for a global brand!!!My complaint was regarding your customer care center and you are asking me to email them after three failed attempts.
