Tried to return a shoe on the 20th of Dec 2019, Tshego mentioned that head office is closed and cannot process refund?? Which retailer in this day and age has such a stone age process? Came back on the 11th of Jan, same machine with the same error and now the excuse is that the machine does this sometimes, anyway after much irritation Elizabeth gave into a cash refund... Superga, you are originated in a 1st world country, can your processes match please?
