I went in yesterday and bought some items. I didnt see an email come in with a voucher with 600 for purchases over 2000. I went back today to see whether I could get the voucher for the purchase that I made. Staff was very helpful and made a plan. Really appreciate this. Thank you guys.

This is a very spacious store that stocks just about everything you need for out door living.Friendly efficient staff that takes their jobs seriously. Was a pleasure purchasing our goodies here for our snowy vacation overseas.

Beware when you have to return Hiking Boots, they interrogate you to make the return of defective products more difficult.Staff are not as knowledgeable as they used to be - often not giving the correct advice.Hiking Boot stock is limited, with most items only available online (you are unable to try them on).Cape Union Mart is slowly turning into a clothing store, not an outdoor specialty outlet. They will definitely be seeing less of me.

The staff was extra helpful especially the lady at the till. She explicitly explained all the specials they had and joined me to the CapeUnion Mart family. Keep it up!

I always step into the chain, just in case something I like is on special. They have great stuff, but they are quite expensive for me. I guess if you have the money, you can have a lot of fun in this store.

Cherise’s service at the store this evening was less than appealing and when a customer facing team lead can respond by saying “ I’m sorry that you feel that way” - clearly means that my patronage nor does my experience matter to this store!

Clearwater. In this instance tried to sell me a used Leatherman. Got it for less at another store,sealed in its original packaging. Pity as I have made other purchases here but general staff-client interface is poor by any standard.

One of the most biggest and reputable shops in Mall of Africa, but has no surveillance cameras. Customer safety is not a concern for them.I lost my valuable phone while shopping inside the store. Nobody can track my mere existence in the shop.A person can be stabbed to death in the shop nobody will ba able to justify what happened to them.Cape Union Mart makes so much revenue per annum Im sure they can afford to invest in one good camera to improve customer security. Im thoroughly disappointed!

Pathetic service. Was trying to buy a k-way down jacket and the cleaning agent. There was 3 tellers and only one was busy. No one helped me to pay even though I was the only person in the queue for 15 minutes. If you really want to shop go to a branch that works.
