Went there on the 2nd of August to buy a phone and after patiently waiting for 20min the lady came back and told me that it was the last one on display . I didnt have a problem with that after I was done playing the guy packing the phone realised that their were no headsets inside . She went to the back to fetch them..wrongs once that is . When I called on Tuesday morning she continued to lie and say she gave me Hawaii headsets and I could see that they werent. I asked why would she give me wrong headsets ,,she didnt answer me. All she told me was to come back and collect the correct once ,didnt even bother asking me which was my nearest Markhams so that I can collect there.Am so disappointed a whole manager with bad service .

Bought a watch online and selected Markham Midrand to be my collection spot and the process was seamless. I love wrist watches and bracelets :)
