Good luck trying to contact them on any channel should you need to. Got a bolt pop if on the handbag within 2 weeks of purchase. Tried to contact them on twitter and was completely ignored. Not a single number on the website works or goes through. Its basically impossible to get any response from them.

Waited outside while the store was supposed to be open and the staff was inside just looking at me, with no explanation of why there was a delay in opening. Until I knocked on the window and asked one of the taff members what time the store opens, he replied 9:00am but it was already past the time and just said they will open.
