Excellent service, I bought a pair of shoes via T&Ms online platform and the wrong shoe was delivered.I ended up going to the store for a exchange and it was hassle free and effortless to do so.Super helpful thanks guys... pity I didnt get both staff members names as Id personally thank the 2 of you in this review.Thanks guys 🙌🏽

Got a good service, the staff is friendly and know the product of the brand, the store very clean and the items are well displayed.

Very unpleasant experience. The shop assistant was definitely not happy to help me. He looked quite irritated whenever I asked him a question regarding a certain style or when I asked him for my size,at best he would give a one word response. I then showed him a shoe on the tread+miller website that I was looking for , he then vaguely gestured and said its over there without actually showing me where the shoe was. I left the store quite disappointed because I went there with the intent of purchasing a few pairs, however after the attitude I received I would much rather go to a different branch.

This shop has the best customer service I have ever experienced in a clothing shop.Their genuine helpfulness, and their willingness to find a shoe that I was happy with, was outstanding. I also had to exchange my shoes, and they did so without hesitation. Ill definitely be back at this outlet very soon. Thank you for going the extra mile with your high-quality products and service!
