Ordered a kota that should have included 2 patties, eggs, onions, chips and bacon, only to receive a chip sandwich.When I called the owner, he tells me that THEY put the incorrect image and product description on Ubereats.I was told one of the managers would call me.He has seen proceeded to ignore all calls and texts.If I could, I would rate them zero.This is why people dont support local because your service is sub par and after sales are pathetic when there are issues.

Low quality burgers and cold meats used. Too overpriced. Chips and sauces are good

Not reliable, every time I place an order with them it gets accepted, show preparation, then get cancelled after 3 minutes. Very frustrating

I received an incorrect Ubereats reorder for reasons unknown to me. The staff could not assist me with anything.Unfortunately we all had allergies to the food that was delivered and could not eat it. I returned it and received no exchange or refund for my order. I had to order from another restaurant and paid again.

Should be Michelin-starred. The kotas are sublime. 10/10.

Rather disappointed, Didnt end up buying the food at this place. Everything from the telephonic order that did not get made, the inability to pay, and the lady who gave me the worst attitude in full view of other customers.
