Their Kota is really good hey, I love its simplicity... I hate how theyve been inconsistent on Mr Delivery changing the menu almost every month and losing track of my favorite Kota.... Walk ins arent so great as well they ladies there hardly give you a welcomed service it always feels like you are bothering them so its easier to just buy it through Mr D.

I have experienced the poorest form of service. I placed an order through Uber eats and two hours later the Uber driver was still at the shop waiting to pick up my order. I called the shop and no one answers and the I called the Uber driver and asked to talk to them. Whoever that answered the phone just said they have many orders and the hung up

Waiting time is never less than 45min,worse if you use Mr D regardless of how far you stay. They recently increased prices, which is normally not a surprise but to have less ingredients on the kota than previously yet increase the price is totally unacceptable. The reason we no longer have a choice of sauces we want with our food doesnt make sense as well

I was told my food will take 30 min for preparation but ended up waiting for an hour. There is no sense of urgency. Food is great but they lack service 😕

They took 2h to prepare my food and when I called the lady who answered the phone couldnt be of any help. They need to train the person who answers calls. Ill never attempt to order here again!

I ordered from this place on uber eats, and they took 2 hours to prepare my order. Uber eats driver had to wait for an hour. Even when the food came, it was not tasty and it was missing a few things I added on my order.

I placed an order on Ubereats which took an hour to be prepared by the store and delivered to me. And they delivered a wrong order.

If I could give the rating of zero stars I would. Extremely poor service, took an hour for my order to be prepared, when it arrived it was a wrong order and when I called them they told me to call Ubereats and ask for my refund bona theres nothing they can do about it. Imagine such rudeness... Ill never recommend this store to anyone in future even my self I wont buy from them again

The food is good. Great quality products and very fresh bread. They close early though.

Have just called them and the lady i was talking to on the phone just dropped the call while I was speaking to her. I couldnt even hear her on the phone properly she was not even paying attention to the things I was saying.Im very disappointed in Kota Shack because i saw it on Facebook and saw that it close to where i work and i decided to call them. Please teach that lady manners and telephone etiquette shes very rude on the phone.

Had to wait for an hour for the food to be prepared, then still when it was delivered the food was cold my location is less than 2 minutes from the Kota Shack, the sauses that i chose were NOT added lastly i do not understand why there are no beverages on your Uber eats menu. PLEASE IMPROVE I BEG OHHHH

The food is really good.. however their partnership with uberEats is really bad. They take over an hour to prepare ur food. Iv tried them 3 times.. no change. The delivery side of their service is really shocking.
