We have had 18 aircon units installed through Pansolutions. Sales good, after sales bad. Every time we turn on an aircon, it leaks water, or a filter is dirty or there is a programming error. No-one ever offered us a maintenance contract and now that their aircons keep failing, we have to pay an extraordinary amount on the basis that we are in Johannesburg.
