I won’t tell recommend this store to anyone - we waited for over 20 minutes for someone to assist in the electronics department - walked out very disappointed. Service is pathetic!

Worst customer service experience. Takes an hour to return.

The store is not bad. Only store thing letting the store down is the staff.

I had a good time at Mall of Africa, the mall is so huge, atmosphere is so perfect and shops and restaurant are designed and placed in a good place. I enjoy doing shopping there, mostly its safe and beautiful

Store is looking good

Maximum 1 or 2 tellers available, you have to wait in the queue. Teller never ask ,that you need a plastic or not.you have to take your stuff with your hands...unless you asked them again and pay seperate.

What struck me is that EVERY BODY is wearing masks and I felt safe. Every one in that mall were safety awared.Thanks.Great shops too. Did shopping at Game. Was very nice.

Useless. The is no one to assist in the appliance department. Rather go to the Boulders Game instead.

It is proper you can get anything and everything you want the staff in the floor and at the tills are always ready to assist and they are very friendly and welcoming

Other than the specials that they offer, I find no other reason to visit this store.Staff are conspicuous by there absence and always seem to be hidden in some corner with most of them reluctant to assist in any way. Disappointing.

Where you can buy yourself a favorite electric gadget and out doors stuff if you love touring.

Its always good shopping at game , no overcrowding you walk freely along the aisles

New layout is great, self service pay points are great but there needs to be an alignment between the steps to follow, and the screen display. Consider visual metaphors to make the payment process more streamlined.

Drove all the way to buy a printer which was in stock on their website. Not only were they out of stock but we stood waiting forever and left before we could be assisted.

It was okay, but I bought a pie called big shot chicken yohh the worst pie Ive ever had😤... yeah it was fun though

The entrance to base parking is wide giving the pleasure of turning sharp corners with ease, and the parking ticket machines are in view.

You can never find staff in the large appliance section to help and check for stock of items, yet plenty will be walking around aimlessly in other sections. When you ask for assistance, they say that they will find someone but they never do.

The guys here by the electronics are not willing to help at all they pretend to be busy with other clients.

The lady was assisted was very nice and the shop is so clean.

I waited over one and a half hours to get an invoice done. It was incorrect after all thisThen i waited again for another half hour to get it corrected. Manager on duty had only one terminal working and only one other customer. Shocking. Then when i enquired how much longer manager on duty tells me to call down. This after a 2 hour wait for one invoice. He needs training on custoemr service. If this is how long we wait for one invoice i would hate to think what happens on a busy day.I am still here and waiting......

The shop seems to be one of the first to completely remove perishable goods and replace them with clothing. This could be a good thing, their prices are low on the clothing so far.

Communication has to be improved from the store with clients, not pleased with how they dealt with my issue by being told to sort out the issue myself.3 weeks later am being asked for details I sent. Even more frustrating that the management is apart of this poor service....... :( .

Spacious, lots of merchandise, clean, stocked up, easy access.

Worse service. I wanted to buy a printer, when I requested for the invoice to reflect my vat number, I was told to go all over the place, they paged the manager that took forever to come and the cachiers were just useless.

Toy selection needs a bit of help. Tech space has nice layout and everything is easy to find. TV license confirmation doesnt take too long and the tech staff know what they are selling.

Everyone should know Game stores. Hasnt changed much in years and you can get good specials here. Not much to report on this chain store.

So helpful and since I couldnt get a replacement. I got my money back. So happy 😊 with their quick services.

Gane is very much the same everywhere. You shop for cheaper prices not really quality. Thats my opinion. Its for the average shopper. Safe clean shops throughout the country. Great shop to shop in if you looking for something in particular

Only problem I have had more than once, beggars in the store. Security do nothing about it, they don’t care. Trying to buy a bicycle during Christmas time was hell. You couldn’t find anyone to help you in the department, other staff were trying to help but couldn’t answer any questions. Eventually I just used google to answer my questions and make my purchase. Don’t waste your time.

Love shopping here. Walter and Vusi were excellent, going the extra mile and helping me with taking my couch up to my vehicle which was parked on the rooftop. They were very polite, efficient and accommodating. Awesome customer service, thanks guys, for making my shopping experience a pleasant one! Well done, much appreciated.

5 stars for their repairs department. Super-helpful with my appliance repair. Phoned me regularly to update me on the progress. Store is well stocked with friendly, helpful aisle staff. The best of the Game Stores Ive been to.

An ok shop, although not stocked well enough.

Very good service from the Game Decorland staff. We started off on a rocky ground and a bit of misunderstandings but they ended up giving me amazing service. They even managed to trim my blinds within an hour. Truly appreciate the good service

The customer service is terrible at the appliance side. You ask questions about products and the rude sales man gives you one word useless answers. I had to buy at a different shop in Woodmead!

Game still really having affordable prices on everything! and its always a joy to go in to explore! I like to see the new furnitures, appliances, foodstuffs, . . . right now they are having few sales going on! Please pop in and youll never know what youll come out with!!!

The shelves are very poorly stocked. The staff are all Black employees and there is no representation of the other races in South Africa that are non-black. As per the Government Employment Equity Policies, for a certain number black employes there should be at least one Coulered person, one Chinese, one White et cetera, and there should also be preference given to woman over men, so that there are is least one Coulered woman, one Chinese woman, one White woman for every amount of Black employees working there.

Where what you want is right there waiting for you. Its like they understand what the customer needs.

Had the best experience from a guy called Oupa. We ordered our fridge yesterday and it was delivered this afternoon, great service and very helpful!

Great shopping experience, quality products and the quality of service is simply excellent. Most products are backed by at least one year store warranty and the manufacturer warranty for electronics mostly exceed one year. A great place to shop.

Worst service I have ever had. I hardly ever review negatively but this service was very very bad. They made us wait over 1 hour for a washing machine and then informed us there was no documentation for the washing machine and there is nothing they can do about it.

Pretty good shopping experience. Staff are super friendly. They have they kiosk self-scanners which make a huge difference.

More than once Ive struggled to get someone who can help me find things. The staff just keep pointing you to the next person.

Well stocked Game. Gets busy on weekends. They have a huge outdoor/sports section. Expect to queue even though they have 90% of their tills open when busy.

Decent dining and retail options, lots of parking and its definitely cleaned thoroughly throughout the day. The free WiFi and other amenities are up to scratch. Good place to sit and work as theres a Starbucks with plenty of room.

The sales guys are so manipulative to make sure you buy what they want. The badmouth other brands and only speak good about hisense and Samsung

No real issues with the store though GAME is not a store to frequently shop at its really only when you require appliances. Theres a food selection though prices are not any cheaper than a Checkers Pick n Pay or Spar. Given the amount of retail space they use perhaps downsizing on overhead costs could imply consumers can have further savings on appliances..
