Great headphones with slight noise cancelation!! Absolutely love them. If you work i a call center and dont need the extra noise around so you can zone into the call, these are definitely a must have. I love how the mouthpiece is so flexible and lightweight of the headsets themselves. I think it was a bargain purchase. First shop always has a good deal on their site.

It was my first time ordering from FirstShop and it was good. There was a limited amount or local retailers that had the item in stock and FirstShop was definitely the cheapest. The only issue was the fulfillment of my order took almost 48 hours. Even then my order was delivered just on the 4 business day delivery estimate and their support teams were great. I would recommend and use them again.

I think there is always nerves when you are buying over the internet from a website you have never bought from before. The reviews on here really helped boost my confidence, so thank you to everyone who wrote a review here (this is me paying it forward). The invoicing was nice, there one query I had was responded to quickly and politely. The item delivered was exactly what was advertised even though the price was heavily discounted, so dont lose confidence just because the bargain sounds to good to be true. It is too good and it is true!!!

Order was processed smoothly; good value. One downside was the order broken down into 3 different packages, and delivered on almost consecutive days. No explanations given, or requests to me as to my preference: deliver as soon as available or wait to bundle into one consignment. Every delivery is both a covid and security risk, not to mention sustainability issues with packaging and additional courier travel.

The best service delivery I have experienced In a long time, not only were my parts 3 days early, the moment I had a problem with the 1 package not being delivered. Please I advise everyone not to buy any product from FirstShop as they are selling 2nd hand used items.Ordered Logitech MK270 on Monday 26/07/2021 and received it on Wednesday 28/07/2021.Everything went smoothly and I was very impressed by FirstShop as it only took 2 days. Until I found out what they sent to me.I got home after work and was so excited to unbox this. However when I looked at the actual Logitech box, I knew something was wrong. The box was loosely closed with the sticker being kind of dirty. (Attached picture for the evidence)Then I opened the box and took out the mouse and noticed the mouse wrapping was poorly done. Ive been using Logitech product and I know the level of QC they have. Logitech would have never wrapped mouse like this (Attached picture for the evidence)Also, at the bottom of the mouse, the three plastic base where they directly touch the surface as you use, have scratches (Attached picture for the evidence)So I inspected the USB receiver and no wonder it has scratch marks on the gold pins (where it touches USB port) which is a clear sign that it has been used previously (Attached picture for the evidence).I took out the keyboard and found out one bolt was missing (Attached picture for the evidence) and other bolts have signs of unscrewing.Also the rubber support at the bottom of the keyboard is not aligned properly so every time you type something the keyboard will shake even on the completely flat surface(Attached picture for the evidence, bottom left rubber is not touching the surface whereas bottom right rubber is touching the surface properly).In conclusion, Im almost certain that someone used this product for about one or two days and returned the product to FirstShop due to whatever reason. Then FirstShop re-wrapped the product and just sold it to me like its new and unused.This is clearly fraud and I demand FirstShop to investigate this and report this to the management level.-------------------------------------------------------------Replacement review:After sending my email to FirstShop, they have contacted me to assist with the replacement, the lady was very kind and helpful which I really appreciate.Whole procedure was convenient enough and everything went well and the delivery took place promptly.I received the product just now (within 3 business days) and after inspecting the replaced one, I actually think it is Logitechs issue. The serial number on the box does not agree with whats on the Keyboard and the mouse.Also, although there is no missing bolt on the keyboard this time, it is still not balancing properly on flat surface.Still some scratches on the gold pins and mouse.After doing some research, Logitech tends to dispatch products like this to retail shops but with some discount. And I think this is exactly why this specific product is selling at discounted price at the moment.Im actually tired of doing the replacement procedure again, and there is no guarantee that I will receive proper product so Im going to check this when I get home and if it works fine (mechanically), Im just going to use it as it is.To Firstshop: I wouldnt imagine you guys sending me a faulty product again. As mentioned above, I really appreciate the effort you guys put in after receiving my complaint.However, it would be nice if you guys can investigate this matter and follow up with your supplier. Placed my first order for printer cartridges, initially they did not have stock of 3 of the cartridges. I recently bought a Logitech K780 Multi-Device Keyboard and the keyboard layout is not the same as what I ordered. The shift, Enter and slash keys are in different positions as well as the shift key being much smaller in size. The image you advertise on your site is not what I received. Upon speaking to one of your staff via chat I was told that -We only have one variant, we do not have multiple variants available of the same product to accidentally send you the incorrect one by mistake. The one that was ordered are the only ones we have available unfortunatelyThis felt like a pretty condescending reply. I wish I got the item that I ordered as you are basically falsely advertising the product.Edit : They clearly dont care that they are misrepresenting a product as they still havent changed the image.
