Definitely my worst experience at any Vida e Caffe. Their Cappuccino/Espresso maker wasnt working. They also had problems with scanning the WiCode for my free drink from Discovery. Then they they had Internet connection problems because a cable to the router was loose! The staff also seems to be unmotivated and poorly trained, not at all like the sharp, chirpy baristas at the Sandton and former Melrose Arch branches.
