Love this place! Delicious waffle and nice atmosphere! So relaxing!

Went over the past weekend, their last day for the year. Lovely outdoor setting with good spaces between the tables for social distancing.Milkshake we ordered was quite disappointing being very weak almost like a super m with just flavour and milk. I ordered the onion marmelade burger which was exceptional and well worth its highish price.My wifes bacon egg and cheese sandwich was average tasting but very overpriced.The waffle with berries was average and rather small for the price charged. Another frustration with the waffles was that it is only served with maple sauce and any others would require you to pay extra.Overall a good experience though a bit overpriced.

Stumbled upon this pet-friendly gem hidden in Kyalami. Great service, great atmosphere, great food, amazing waffles! Friendly, attentive staff and doggy biscuits for the furkids. An exclusive menu for the dogs too. A wonderful host who makes you feel at home. Will definitely return with the doggos.

This really a gem, in the country but easy to find off Main road.Quiet, qaint and with just the best waffles ever. The strawberry, chocolate and cream waffle is just out of this world.For breakfast or lunch or just a coffee, this is definitely worth the trip.

I came across this place (word of mouth) hidden away in Kyalami. I liked the fact that our furry children are most welcome here and even have items for them on the food menu too! Coffee was good and strong. Food order was placed and it took quite a while for the food to get to the table (there were only 4 tables occupied at the time). Nonetheless, the waffle burger (Wurger) - the waffle was good, the patty not so good. Enjoyed the chips thought l. Will try something else next time.

Super place for a quiet breakfast in the country with friends. I had a traditional breakfast and it was great. Bacon and eggs cooked precisely as requested. Those who had waffles enjoyed them too. Great service from Godwin.

Nice atmosphere, nice food, and dog friendly! Everyone was super friendly and ready to give out biscuits to the puppies. Best of all, they have a doggy menu too! Definitely planning on visiting again with my furkid in future.

Was there on Sunday. The place is not very neat.The waffles we ordered was over priced2 waffles and milk shake bill was R200.It was not even wow! Not worth the price.The waiter was not friendly.The owner gave us a warm welcome. The only nice thing. The staff needs to be replaced.

Love ggs Cafe. The waffles and coffee was delicious. Service was warm and friendly. Added bonus, I can sit with my dogs in the shade and have a bowl of water brought for them! Highly recommend.

GGs is a lovely place to go on sunny summers day, to sit in a beautiful garden with friends (even your furry ones if they are well mannered and on lead). Good food at reasonable prices.

GGs is a great little Gem in the heart of horse riding heaven (Kyalmai) easy tonget to from main road. The menu is very simple but delicious. I normally get a English fry (with beans) which is great and my daughter does a PROPER BELGOUM waffle which is their speciality with all the trimmings. Lots of parking safe a secure. Make sure you bring some cash for the little aftican curio store on the way out some little gems you can buy. Dont forget to tip the car guard. STAY SAFE. MUST wear a facemask when entering and test temp.

What a wonderful find in the middle of Kyalami horse country! Superb service and we were a very large cycling group. The small breakfast was plenty for a hungry rider, but the range of sweet Belgian waffles stole the show!! From chocolate to hot Dutch apple to strawberry to the specials, everyone was smacking their lips as they ate their waffles - we even took one home for tea!!

Great waffles (Dutch Apple) and coffee. And the bacon is delicious. The portion of chips is huge and fresh. Thank you so much for your great service and hospitality.For 5 stars youll need to have more for the kids to do - thats probably all thats missing.

Ggs has a very chilled country vibe. The staff and management are super friendly and attentive. We had a bacon burger and hot Dutch apple waffle. Portions were generous and tasty. They clearly love dogs as they get fresh water and treats on arrival. This place is a gem.

Everyone working there is so kind and welcoming. The owner is good looking and interactive and the waffles are to die for. Eye candy, Good customer service and amazing food, you could say its the whole package.

Delicious, light, fluffy Belgian waffles with a variety of sweet (highly recommended) and savoury toppings. Dogs are welcome, preferably socialised and on lead although there is some space for the dogs to stretch their legs. Bacon, biscuits and blankets available for the dogs. Very welcoming and friendly owner.

Went there yesterday for lunch. I find this difficult to review because the food was excellent but we waited SO LONG for service which pulled down my review! The waffles are the best in town. We each ordered something different - toasted sandwiches/chicken salad/waffles/hamburger. Each well presented and very tasty. But the wait for the food to arrive - and there were only 5 of us there at the time so it wasnt busy - was too long. The garden needs a bit of neatness tending as well but for tasty food - go try it if u dont mind the wait!
