Delicious, flavourful food! I have ordered for delivery twice now with Mr D and the food always arrives fresh and is super tasty. They have a large variety on their menu - something available for the whole family. The prices are reasonable for the portion sizes.I would recommend the pesto pasta with bacon, it was delicious! Or any of the salads as they were fresh and tasty. I will definitely order again soon.

Their carrot cake is to die for! Freshly baked ciabatta bread is amazing! Also great play area for kids.

I go there at least once a week. Some of the best pizza in Gauteng made by the most humble and pleasant pizza chef. Try it!! Try the Penne Pesto...creamy and tasty. Mostly great food!! Dog friendly

I enjoyed my meal but my partner was not happy with hers.I would be keen to help rubberise the floors. The cracks can be a problem for senior citizens. Would love to offer a rubberising quote for the kiddies playground which is currently is a dust pan.

Great spot to take the kids and its in a nursery and next to a pet store so you cant go wrong. Huge kiddies play area as well. Food is also good. Expect a wait if its busy but thats no hassle as its super nice to chill there. You can also get your car washed at the same time! We always end up going back...

Awful. Coffee tasted old, which is a massive disappointment as I was looking forward to their signature roasted coffee beans. I ordered a simple bacon and feta toasted sandwich with no avo and fries. The feta must have been almost finished, which is the only explanation for the amount they used. The same applies for the ciabatta, so thinly sliced that it blended with the plate. The fries were undercooked and tasted so stale that even the combination of Tabasco sauce and tomato sauce could neither mask nor enhance said staleness, and the bacon was burnt in an attempt to make it, I assume, crispy. Overall, simply awful.

Its a great place to hang out with friends and family, its next to the store in the midst of the nursery garden. The food is good and ambiance is the best where you can visit the garden.

A real favourite with the kids. Pleasant surrounds, yummy food, and the added perk of being able to visit the pet store on the way out. It’s always a sweet outing, although it would be even better if they put shade cloth over the little kids section and served food there. If you want to make it a cheap kiddies’ outing, order the kids pancakes — two pancakes for R22 — and a babychino for another R8 or so!

We ordered the fish and chips and we were very disappointed. It tasted like old fish and the batter was terrible. Not happy at all.

Shocking - from a favourite stop to ‘oops...’ Poor non-attentive service and with hardly any customers it still took forever to get a toasted sandwich...no follow up. Sad

We had breakfast at Munch Cafe in October of 2017Munch rather falls into the family gem and not the foodie gem.We ordered a breakfast pita, toasted bacon, halloumi and tomato. Thank goodness we had coffee to wet our throats with as this dish was dry. If there were no tomatoes on it we wouldve probably not been able to finish it. With it, we ordered a pizza, a Greco, as the pizzas around us looked all tasty as if it was calling our name and who doesnt love bacon, avo and danish feta on a pizza? Matched made in heaven if you ask us, but alas heaven was not a place on earth today. It really wasnt bad, but not good either.Service had a rocky start. Ordered an Americano and the waiter asked us if we want it with hot or cold milk. This might be nitpicking, but we do take our coffee very seriously. Now, let us assume the waiter was just being friendly as some people drink an Americano with milk, the other problem was that the biscuit we received with the coffee looked like it had a bite taken out of it and all the coffee cups were dirty when it got to our table. Its these small things that make the difference folks. Our next complaint was that they really took their time to clear the table, we had a dirty coffee cup with a serviet in it on our table for the whole morning. All of the problems were small things, but together it can ruin the experience.Munch has a lovely atmosphere to it. You sit outside, on a tad crappy chairs and tables, next to the nursery in the shade with friendly families and people with dogs all around. It is a very homey and comforting feeling, for us, it is anyway. There are play areas for the kids and it just takes you out of the hustle and bustle of the city for a while. Top notch.Nothing too expensive can be found at Munch. The drinks, the food, all of it is reasonably priced. Really nice place for the kids! Both jungle gyms are super cool! Our kid played all the time we stood at the table. I had one of the best pastas ever. The choice is not super various but very good service and really tasty food.

Its a very cool place to go have a lunch in a nursery setting. VERY peaceful. Service was outstanding (I only had coffee and worked) WiFi was terrible! And its worth looking around after you have eaten. Great nursery for Bonsai and genealogy plants. Also there is a great pet store in the one side.

Atmosphere is quiet and beautiful. The food was delicious but the portion sizes are really too small for the money. Otherwise its a great place for kids to play and couples to stroll through the nursery.

A reasonably nice setting, which is supposed to be kid friendly. Unfortunately several issues let the establishment down.The kids jungles gyms are in a state of disrepair and dangerous in places. The smaller kids jungle gyms are too far from Munch to be of any use. The soap dispensers are not maintained and unhygienic.Finally, my pet peeve, the waiters removed our All Gold tomato sauce before we even had our meal, and failed to replace it - thus causing the kids to complain throughout their meal. Munch, just buy a few more bottles of All Gold, they wont go unused!Not highly recommend for kids, as it is hard to keep an eye on them. Maybe an improvement in management and maintenance could earn this establishment a few more stars.

Ordered the Salmon Onassis, came with no asparagus as per the uber eats menu...Called Munch, spoke to Zinele , she apologized at least but nothing was done to rectify the situation....

Munch in Bryanston was missing a beat today. Service and attention from waiters was poor. They have no crepes (which I get at the Crowthorne branch). No croissants and no avo. So I didnt eat. The iced coffee was expensive and in a small glass which I considered half a glass. Perhaps theyll up their game.

Nothing special about this place way over priced for what I got

The restaurant was packed the while day, so this may have been just our poor luck, but - the service was semi, the food was okay, the menu is small. It also irked me that a restaurant attached to a nursery has plastic flowers on the tables.

This is a good spot for lunch if you have kids. The food is good but what is great it the jungle gyms and the bunny park where kids can feed the bunnies and guinea pigs. The nursery is well stocked so if you are looking for stuff to make your garden look awesome this is the place.

This nice chilled restaurant in the nursery in Bryanston serves great food in a very relaxed atmosphere. There is live music on the weekends and there is loads of stuff for the kids to do. We go there regularly!
