I bought a vannila muffin at Netcafe in Netcare waterfall city hospital, only to find it that burned underneath. I could not eat it cz it tasted char. What a waste of my money.

The food took too long to come to us. The waitress was rude and unfriendly. Also, we were not done with our meals and she had already asked to bring our bill....sadly we will not be a returning customer due to the poor customer service

Good atmosphere and friendly service. Unlike most hospital coffee shops which are normally stuck away in some dark corner, the NetCafe Waterfall is bright and in the centre of the activity. Whilst I was here I saw three friends and a Doctor I know.The service is good and the food tasty and fresh.Try the cappuccino with cream for a real treat!

I work in the hospital and i have waited approximately 2 hours for my meal. Terrible service. I would not recommend eating here

Although situated in a Very busy hospital, They sadly dont always have everything on the menu and there are often no pies. on a different note I wanted a milkshake and I was told there are no straws at all unless I want to eat the milkshake with a spoon, thats very disappointing
