The location is great, allows for grabbing a quick bite if youre in the vicinity or cbd. The place is beautiful, and the menu/ prices are OK. I enjoyed my coffee and breakfast.

What a nice cool and different take on a lunch time cafe. The food is good, prices are reasonable and the cappuccinos are delicious. The service could use an upgrade and needs some attention, but its also part of the vibe. If you in the area and need a lunch or coffee break or just a place for a meeting you gotta try this!

Now called the Foghound, formerly Nutrition in Midrand.Try their renowned RORY SALAD. Great SPRADA coffee too and an awesome spot to grab a meal whilst on the N3 (N/S) when in the Midrand area.

Amazing coffee and new era food. I love their french toast and muffins. Also try their avo based breakfast meals. Simply amazing. The conversion of the containers to make this place is also interesting.

This has been my go-to place for ten years, Ill kill for their Rory Salad... *Evil grin*. Great vibe to hang out and eat their lovely freshly prepared food and have a great cup of coffee ☕. Their staff are fantastic too and always welcome you like youre their best customer 😀 LOVE this place!

I truly enjoyed this unique little cafe. First of all its got a different look and decor, a mix between rustic, clean and cozy. I was also greeted with a smile and service was fast and on point. also the food tasted great and the prices were very affordable

My review below is from 2016 when I gave Sprada 4 stars but I am sorry to have to add this edit. While the food is still good, the prices are still not great and the service has gone down-hill. Their kitchen is too small for the number of tables and if they are even slightly busy (say 5 tables) you will wait an unreasonable amount of time for your order. I you want a quick bite during lunch, go elsewhere, especially if Gallagher has an an expo.As this restaurant is close to my office I visit it regularly and have never been disappointed. The menu is sufficiently varied to suit most tastes and the food itself is of excellent quality. The prices on the menu may seem to be on the high side for what would appear to be, for example, just a sandwich without chips, but be assured that the sandwich will be packed with filling and the bread will be exceptionally fresh.The building itself is noteworthy, having been constructed from re-purposed shipping containers in-line with the companys line of imported coffees and is a good talking point for both business and social meetings.
