The service kills the experience. The two people we interacted with have the worst attitudes. The guy infront when asked what the options are in the cups, has no care in the world for what he is selling. I ended up leaving with something I never ordered. My wifes passion fruit fizz excuse of a drink was flat and when we complained they attempted to add fizz with the machine afterwards. We left without any serviettes, fork or spoon and a flat fizzer. I will never return to this place again.

I bought my cinnamon buns today and they were very stale or dry, This is the second time Im experiencing this problem with Cinnabon from mall of africa. They sell buns that are old and have been in the shelf for tooo long. Im not sure if your staff members are lazy to bake or they steal the fresh dough. Please look into this.I paid almost R90 for rocks not buns.

The Mini-Cinabbons were tasty but were just a bit dry from sitting on the shelf too long and not really warm. Other than that they were a nice treat. Overall presentation was good.

Rude service from the staff. Won’t be coming back

Poor service. I placed an order for three drinks, they had not started making any of them yet when I had asked to change one of my drinks and pay the difference. They said that unfortunately they do not have a void process on the system to change my order and that I would have to order an additional (fourth) if I was to have the item that I wanted.

What a horrible experience. The merchandise tasted very stale! The dough was hard and inedible. Such a disappointment. Very expensive for bad merchandise! Bought the 30s pack and could not return as we stay in Pretoria. This is supposed to be an upmarket centre but this store gives it a bad reputation.

Fresh delcious cinnamon rolls of different sizes and with or without sauces.Iced drinks average.

Bought Bon Bites at Mall of Africa, was told it is fresh. It was dry and old. Will definately not support them in the future.

Staff were nice and rolls amazingly delicious! Coffee was good but staff need training on how to make an americano. Took three times to explain to staff the proper way. Seems they lack adequate training. Finally gave up. Coffee was very poor quality. Eat their rolls, avoid their coffee!!

Went to buy a 9 pack. Was then told I had to buy exactly what they told me. Now even customers don’t have a choice , you must buy why the shop wants to sell you. Won’t go back

Scrumptious doughnuts of all sorts. Quick and convenient services. Located opposite checkers hyper. The store smells nice and sweet at all times. I love their service and their doughnuts. Definitely going to buy when I go to mall of Africa.

Not a great experience, too many people behind the counter, raspberry and strawberry frozen drinks are apparently the same thing. Coffee was good, pitty the service was so bad.

Yummy yummy licious. Who can ever resist the smell of them bons. Friendly service - nothing different to the rest of the other branches

Disgusting how rude the staff behaves. They tried to force us to take a box of cold cinnabons and when we refused they said they will charge us per cinnabon as opposed to the box price. We ended up waking away and not buying anything. Will NEVER return.

Amazing service and great food and drinks

Decadent cinnamon buns, smothered either in chocolate sauce, caramel sauce and pecans or as is. Great dessert

Awesome service from Smu! Would recommend, staff that actually cares about customers.

Similar incident with rude staff, branch manager was contacted, left shop without buying anything, family and I will not return to shop.
