I have been a customer at this Sasol since I was a child, always greeted with a smile and friendly service. I forgot my wallet there after shopping recently, they kept it for me and I picked it up with EVERYTHING I had left in it!

Gave the car for wash and broke the inside door handle and did not even let me know. Could have let me know atleast

Yesterday after just before 5 I stopped to put in R400 fuel. I only had R200 notes and after sitting in traffic and a busy day, I in error gave the petrol attendant (lady) 4 x 200 (R800). She did not say anything (and I even tipped her) and unfortunately I only realized this morning that I was missing R400 (exactly). I did call but unfortunately this was not very successful. Just wondering if there are still any honest people with integrity out there. Do the petrol stations have cameras where I could perhaps prove this? I am not complaining about the service at all as this was good and done with a smile.

Such poor customer service from the manager. Upon noticing items being wrongly priced, I requested the assistance from the manager. The manager approached me in an extremely rude manner, unwilling to hear me out or listen. Needless to say I left, and will not support the garage again.

I have a good experience at the petrol filling but the experience got spoiled when I bought coffee. The name Baristha bros got a very bad name ( bad tast in my mouth) to me now. I will not stop at a garage that have a flag like that again.

Really thought I could get a decent coffee and something to eat. Coffee cold and no food in any of the display counters. And this is at 08h00 on a Thursday morning. Then after spending over a R1000 on fuel they still expect you to pay to use the bathroom. I really feel sorry for the staff to have to work under the management at this sasol.

Waiting 60 min to do a wash and wipe at car wash. Really disappointing organizational skills- no soap-30 min to get it from office🤨

I was happy to find a SASOL garage on my new route home, but when I stopped to fill up, I received slow to zero service. I eventually drove off without filling up. Youve lost me as a customer.

I went to your carwash, the car was only half way done. It was my wifes car. There was an old man, who came out and he was extremely rude and just started spraying the car, the girls were not even done yet. He treated his staff so badly, it was shocking. There was a stain on the car and he told me to go buy a degreaser when the carwash has that. His own staff told me not to buy any as they have it. My wifes car was still dirty, so I drove down the road and got the car washed again at the BP carwash. I live in Dainfern so this station is very close to me, and I will not use this station in future. Ill tell my family and friends in the estate not to use them either. To the owner, sir you have a lovely gas station but your guy has no idea how to treat customers and his staff with respect. If you get rid of him and get someone else to motivate your staff rather than humiliate your business, it will be more productive and profitable.
