Thank you much for the beautiful Angry Birds cake made for my hubbies birthday! Our guests could not stop raving about the tasty cake! So rich, we had to go on diet the very next day! 😂

What a horrible experience. Went to pick up biscuits that look absolutely horrific. Got refunded and told they just can’t do it.

I can recommended this bakery with confidence. Their baked goods are top class. They make stunning birthday cakes. I just love their chocolate and vanilla cakes.

I can really suggest this bakery to anyone looking for great value for money and delicious cakes for every occasion! I have been fortunate enough to try out a couple of memorable creations from this bakery. I can strongly suggest: Butter biscuits, scones, freshly baked Chicken & Mushroom pie. I Absolutely love their moist Chocolate cake slices.

Oh my soul, the last time I had such delicious pies was when my Granny used to make them. So nice to be able to get proper traditional home made pies with yummy fillings. Going back next week for more.

I buy cakes and scones and cookies regularly from this bakerythe cake slices especially the chocolate is out of this world.and they have very nice products that taste delicious.We often get the scones for our ladies society events.

I would just like to compliment the staff and management at Caked In Africa in Midrand.I had a cake gifted to me for my birthday and the double layer purple and mauve cake I received truly reflected my personality with the most delicate butter flies and hand made crystal flowers in various shades of pinks and purples.The batter was light and fluffy and the filling was really delicious. Not only could I choose the flavour of the cake from atleast four or five different types of cake ranging from chiffon cake, chocolate cake, red velvet, black forest or carrot cake i could show them what I wanted my cake to look like.Well done Caked In Africa. I can recommend this bakery to anyone who is interested in ordering birthday cakes.They made my 50th cake and again 52 bd cake and it was very tasty and handsomely made.

Called, and visited the bakery 4 times. They could provide even a single piece of cake to taste before I could select and order. Finally, when I went in the morning before the party, they say they cant bake the cake because there is no electricity. Yet we were liaising telephonically and over email the entire time. So when I asked why they couldnt just tell me they couldnt do the cake, they said the owner was out of the country - what does that have to do with anything?! I mentioned to them they ruined my daughters first birthday, and they all laughed about it. Definitely wouldnt recommend them. They will let you down at the last minute. If I could give them a zero, I wouldIn response to the owners pathetic response 3 years later, I did not blame them for not having electricity. I blame them for their lack of communication, unprofessional behavior, and bad attitude, all of which is once again reflected in their response

I called the bakery and asked booked a vanilla cake and i was told it was booked and they will write on it when i get there, when i get there i am told that i called the wrong shop because they don’t have such an order, i even opened the call log and showed them i called them and spoke with a guy for 2 minutes, they then told me that the cakes are finished. The unprofessionalism and the way they treat customers is absurd

I asked for a kit kat cake made with chocolate ganache and they just used basic icing. Im so disappointed, the cake is melting and falling apart. Im so disappointed!
