I ordered 24 yellow roses because the recipient loves yellow roses, i then got a call that the florist only had 17 yellow roses and can they add the rest in white roses, I said sure because the bouquet would still be predominantly yellow. That is not how the bouquet arrived, it had about 6 yellow roses and the rest were white!I’m so disappointed by this! It’s definitely not what I paid for!

It was definitely a lovely surprise receiving this bunch of flowers. I was, however, disappointed in the fact that 2 of my rose heads were missing thus I only received 22 roses instead of 24.This was for a specific special occasion and the 24 roses was symbolic of the event.Nevertheless. Absolutely beautiful and so long lasting!

Excellent service - same day delivery is an absolute treat! Perfect for a last minute fix or long distance surprise for special occasions, birthdays etc. The most stunning bouquets are available - honestly breathtaking. My only criticism is that the flowers and gifts are already quite expensive AND the delivery fee is added on top of this. Ended up paying close to R400 for a single plant to be delivered. Otherwise, excellent service, good communication and would definitely recommend.

I wanted to order something special for my friend who was turning 30 years old. Netflorists easy to use website didnt make it a long and complicated process when it came to finding the perfect gift for her. Some of the other websites websites similar to Netflorist really dont have anything that is slightly different or that makes you feel Thats the one. This is not the first time Ive used Netflorist and it certainly wont be my last. In my opinion, they just keep getting better and better.

Disappointed with my delivery order 105991315 on the following items NPL3015 and NPL3383. Item NPL3015 is a white with red orchid advertised and I received white with yellow. Item NPL3383 I ordered the Black received Yellow and according to my receipt it does not inform of the colour selected. Spending +R 1 800.00 management were not interested in discussing item NPL3383. I would like to THANK Netflorist on passed delivery but as today Im considering no longer using your service.

We was rather disappointed when we saw the condition of the Sun Flower Pot gift, the sun flowers were all wilted and looked half dead. For the price we paid, we would have expected the sun flowers to have last longer than half a day. If this is what you expect your clients to accept, we wont be purchasing any further gift from Net Florist. See photo attached of the gift.

I sent a bunch of flowers to my cousin and my very best friend to just brighten her day and show her how much she is loved. Netflorist allowed me to be able to do that. I ordered 12 long stem peach rose. Unfortunately i dont have a pic. But she loved them and it was exactly what i wanted to do share some love to people we love. NetFlorist could not deliver on the day that was accepted by them. It was a birthday gift. Cake arrived a day later. Maybe change the lead time needed to bake a cake to avoid delays. The recipient was very happy with the cake even though it was a day late :)

At the first instance i was really impressed by the simplicity and convenience of the system and they had the right gift for my friend. However the proble started when the items I ordered were non stock. This was not indicated prior to ordering and ended up resulting in delays to my delivery.

Flowers where damaged, hot and not looking fresh after being in the boot of a sedan. Not how I remember NetFlorist delivering items. 45km in the hot of day in the boot of a car. Even the water looks 10hours old in the vase. Not good. R1000 for flowers and chocolates.

I used the NetFlorist site to place an order for the same day. The site is user-friendly and well designed so placing an order takes the least possible time. They have features that help you add extras to your gift and I found that super helpful.The delivery time was roughly 9 - 10 hours which is pretty good for a same day delivery. The condition of the order was good as well and up to my expectation so what you see is actually what you get.Also, I had forgotten to write something on the gift, so I called the call center and they were able to assist me immediately with that and without any complications.Thank you, NetFlorist.

It is such a wonderful thing to be able to surprise someone with a plant. Something to brighten their day and for them to take care of that is delightful yet undemanding! The flowers (ordered yesterday evening) only arrived at around 20:00 this evening and the cake has failed to arrive. This is not the first time edible items such as chocolates and cakes have failed to arrive. I strongly recommend to your customers that they do NOT order edible items - there is at best a 50/50 chance that such items will arrive and I have been using Netflorist for over 15 years. The delivery of flowers is very reliable however...

I was so disheartened and disappointed at the delivery made to my sister in law today. I have attached pictures of the wilted and dry roses sent to her. The photo on netflorist site was so deceiving!! It described the bouquet as fiery roses..this was anything but fiery!!I have always been such a loyal supporters of your services, but after this experience I will have to reconsider my options of delivery services.I expect you to rectify this situation immediately and ensure that my sister in law receives another fresh bouquet to compensate for the poor service. Ordered a lovely sunny birthday bouquet for same-day delivery and accidentally provided the incorrect street name. Called them up 3 hours after placing the order, they corrected the information and still delivered it by early afternoon...No fuss, no complaints from Netflorists side for my oversight :)

Easy to order and beautiful products. Convenient and reliable delivery. Only thing that is not great is that each item adds a separate delivery charge. If delivering to the same person at the same address at the same time, there should be just one delivery charge.

I totally LOVE what I ordered and the fact that I got it so quick is the best for me. However, I recommend some branding on the vehicles that deliver or even branded clothing for the person doing delivery. Im not very keen on opening gates and doors. It just seemed very dodgy to me.

Hi, The service was excellent and I had to make a change to my address and it was handled promptly. I am only slightly disappointed in one item. On the sample, I was under the impression, that Initials will be included with the wording. There was space left to complete the information as well and although it is the exact item I ordered, I am slightly disappointed with the personalisation.
